Radha Regent - A Sarovar Hotel

unilaterally shifted to some other substandard hotel, no proper communication and support for this activity.

It was not worth the cost and I took the extra mile of booking executive room based on MMT suggestion, but it did not work as per expectation. The room was dirty and requested them to clean it post that it was fine. Marriott inside the city was offering much more lesser rate.

The upkeep of the rooms have to be attended. Restaurant attenders are poor in service. Worth for the price has to be ensured.

Comfortable stay but I did not get the room that I had booked. Aftab on the reception was not helpful at all. The washroom in the lobby was incredibly dirty. Definitely not worth the price.

Property is neat and clean. well maintained. Food quality was also very good. Washroom had only Bath Towel hence missing hand towel .

it was good stay, ac needs to be more effective, could not bring down the temparature below 22°C , ambience is goood

Value for money, good location, good food. Breakfast was very good. Service and housekeeping superb all around, restaurant, bar, housekeepting. Everything good except the furniture which is a bit old yet maintained well and clean. Very close to Arumbakkam Metro Station

Aged fixture and furniture, not friendly front office staff during early hours add more unpleasant experience.

Atmosphere, food , welcoming all are well and good , but room beds and bathroom needs much more cleanliness considering the room rent , the extra bed given was full of bed bugs ... The air conditioner was good but the toiletries provided were for one person only... So improvement on these things will surely make it a perfect stay...

Radha regent is my regular hotel stay for 15 years… very well maintained, Courteous staffs, excellent food and over all have a feeling of staying at Home away from home…

Room was ok since we werent there most of the times we were at a function. But their food and beverage service needs a complete revamp. Housekeeping doesn’t answer calls. We asked for a change of tea cups and they took it and dint come back. So we had to order tea early morning but that dint come soon and we had to leave for an event. We couldn’t make tea ourselves since there was no cup. Please don’t make Idiyappam for breakfast it’s pathetic and was like rubber. Ask your staff. I told them that.

location is bit away from CBD & Airport/Railway Station. Both buffet & alacarte food is good. Room amenities & Toileteries need improvement. Services are good.

It was a good and comfortable stay for my business trip. Rooms are classic and the food array is pretty decent in the buffet there. Would recommend it for sure

Room quality is poor (no basic amenities available). Bed is uncomfortable with filthy bedsheet. Not worth staying. Very poor quality room lacking basic amenities. Will not recommend to anyone.

A very rich experience of friendly hospitality. The breakfast was excellent and sumptuous. The staff courteous and responsive.

Clean and neat rooms, good breakfast, couple of options for dining and and an evening drink. pleasant decor and lounge. Also found the staff very helpful

Food varieties have reduce compared to my last visit. Hotel under renovation may be the reason for less food varieties in buffet
