Radiant by DNG

I booked this Radiant by DNG for a night inclusive of breakfast which was a great deal. Hotel is located centre of city, near to gurudev cinema and behind dung grant Radiant by DNG. Property is newly build and very small with all basic amenities. They don’t have their own restaurant but anyone has to visit dung grand restaurant for breakfast also which is at walkable distance in another Radiant by DNG of this group. Breakfast provided by them was giving and with varieties.

the Radiant by DNG offers good facilities, but the staff's professionalism is disappointing. on arrival, no one assists with luggage, but during checkout, they rush to help—seemingly for tips. the morning receptionist is uncooperative; last time, she denied a gst bill, which was later arranged by ibibo. this time, she refused to provide a duplicate bill for two guests, citing Radiant by DNG policy. such service issues need improvement.

Just got back from my stay and wow, talk about comfy! 🤩 The staff were so supportive and helpful, I felt right at home. Everything was sparkling clean ✨, which is a huge plus for me. We stayed at radiant by dung for 4 days. It was a very pleasant stay. They also provided complementary breakfast which included a variety of dishes. The service was also upto the mark. Overall the experience was pretty good and we recommend the stay to people coming to kanpur.

Rooms are small but have decent space for two. The only drawback is that they don't have a buffet area for breakfast in the Radiant by DNG and food comes from dung grand. The overall experience is good as they offer clean bedsheets and clean washrooms.

Our stay at radiant by dung was good. We just stayed overnight and used the basic amenities which were comfortable enough. The staff is courteous and cooperative. Hygiene could have been little bit better, rest all was good.

Room was neat and clean, staff was polite and helpful, all the basic amenities were available. It's a lovely place for a short stay.
