Rooms are smelly and towels are also dirty. After complaint, no one is taking things seriously. Service is also poor.

Good stay. The food at the restaurant was good. Breakfast fast spread is good. The staff was cooperative.

The property is in a good location. We had booked this property as it had a big Swimming pool but upon reaching we found the swimming pool was not operational. The prices are high for a property without an operational swimming pool. Makemytrip didn't inform us on the same. Also they do not have a kids play area. Buffet is ok ok. Ended up paying a high price for the average hotel.

Very Bad Experience with this Hotel , Staff is not cooperating the property is not as shown in website there are no amenities like play areas also swimming pool is very poor condition and not clean and the property is totally under maintenance so It was a very Bad experience and not worth the amount

I recently stayed at Golden tulip hotel Udaipur, and while the rooms and overall space were nice, the service was extremely disappointing. We got our check-in almost 2 hours late, and one of our rooms was handed over nearly 5 hours after the scheduled time. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional — they were even laughing when we were clearly facing inconvenience. Basic amenities like towels and accessories took 30–40 minutes to arrive, which was very . The location of the hotel is good, but the poor service and careless attitude of some staff members completely ruined the experience. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle.

The Property of Golden Tulip, Hotel Staff not too Cooperative, All instruactions of Services they avoid to served, Rooms phone not wokred so need to go down many times to follow up any requirements, No Any Wellcome at check in, even out luggage carried to our rooms after 30-45 minuts

pathetic hotel ..poor staff behaviour .. food quality terrible stated fir 2 days , 1st of all they don't have house phone at any floor fir anything you need to come down at reception , my door key post check in was not working i have to go down 3 times from 2nd floor woth my luggage , finally they accepted that door is faulty, my question is why you are using the room where door are faulty , secondly very poor services in restaurant , even after my complaint nothing improved , I have demanded go see and talk to GM who never shown his face during my 2 days stay , this property is good for nothing . poor rooms , no shampoo in the washroom and bottle were empty . dirty and smelly surrounding

Worst service by the staff. 1. The staff was extremely irresponsible, if you ask something in room you will have to wait long hours and even after that you won’t get it, after reminder as well sometimes, they listen n ignore or forgets every single time. 2. Most dirtiest swimming pool ive ever seen, they don’t maintain it at all. All the piegens were taking bath and their poop was floating pictures attached. 3. Buffet staff was not ready to pack takeaway for just few item and few items they were packing quite disappointing. This girl in unprofessional. 4. Average taste of food 5. ⁠Same options every day in buffet and very less options. 6. ROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN UPTO THE MARK. There were dirty corners in washroom ⁠Some good points are spacious rooms, good location every thing and place is 10 min walking distance.

The staff is really amazing, they go an extra mile to make sure that the stay is nice and comfortable. Would like to mention Ms Kulveer Kaur, she is an exceptional young woman, very sweet and kind. She helped make my wife's birthday really special and made sure that our stay was comfortable from start to end. Thanks to her.
