The property was located in the city centre and was easy to access the cabs. The Radisson Bengaluru City Center was maintained well. It has all the basic amenities like fitness gym and pool. There is shopping mall at walking distance. Restaurant inside the Radisson Bengaluru City Center have good food options. The breakfast buffet is really great with all variety of dishes from indian to continental breakfast. Room dinning was also possible. Each time i placed order the food was served with 20 to 25 mins in my room. The portion is good enough for one person. Room cleaning can be requested daily one. Laundry services is also available at specific rates (depends on type of clothes. Overall i had a good experience and hope to book the same Radisson Bengaluru City Center for my future trips.

Hotel is placed at a nice location with most of the amenities in the city close to it. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. However for the other meals the restaurant menu as well as the in-room dining menu is very limited and super expensive. The rooms are well decorated but a drawback is that it does not have any wardrobe. Spa services: the staff at spa services were very unwilling to take any appointments saying that they do not have any slots even when we told that we will take a few additional things apart from the complimentary foot spa. The room service staff is very nice and polite. The front office staff were polite and helpful specially khushbu and poulami. Badal at the restaurant stands apart in service and is exceptional at what he does. Overall a very good stay.

One of the best stays we have had. We travel across the country for our work and stay in 4 and 5 star properties. This has to be rated among-st our top stays. The staff is very kind and courteous. From the reception staff to the security to the cleaners, waiters and other staff are all very well trained. They all pamper you. It was very kind of them to keep fruits, chocolates and biscuits for us in our room without even asking for it. The best part was the view from our room which opened upto the gurudwara. Definitely coming back here to stay on our next visit.

I recently stayed at this Radisson Bengaluru City Center and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The stay was good and the property location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The buffet breakfast was also good, offering a variety of tasty options. All the employees were really friendly and provided great service. However, the only issue i had was a smell in the bathroom on the first day. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

We stayed there for 1 day. Good food, clean room and bath room. For in house dining i had asked less spicy food for my child they helped me with that. My kid enjoyed it. Breakfast buffet is very elaborate spread and whatever i tasted was really good. Clean swimming pool with separate section for children my kid liked playing there. Only thing i didn't like was plants were drying everywhere. Even the plant placed at our dining table was almost dried.

Excellent staff and support. Always feel like coming back once again. Breakfast is excellent with may varieties.

The hospitality and facilities were amazing. Ever smiling and helpful team. Poushali from the front office team has been very helpful and very welcoming.

The property is mediocre with average room size n small bathroom. The in-room service is good, though had to wait for check-in, even when we arrived by 1. 30pm n check-in is at noon. We were given city view room, when had paid additional for lake view room. The pros were free foot spa for 15mins with discount coupon for body massage & 1st free drinks with 50% discount on 2nd drink.

A great stay where the staff are helpful and courteous. The room was spacious along with all the amenities that you can expect at this price. The food was reasonably priced with ample variety. A great place to stay if someone is visiting bengaluru.
