I loved my stay there. Everything was handled professionally. The room was clean, the food was great, and the services were excellent. My only issue with my stay happened during the spa where although i chose the package with the jacuzzi, which meant they had to turn it on beforehand, which they forgot, and when they filled it up, i had already waited for 40 minutes and even then it was only filled with cold water. My suggestion: just remind them about the package you chose before getting your massages.

Stayed in the delux room, it was spacious and had all amenities in place. Had a comfortable stay. There was little dust in the room sumhow rest was all fine. Breakfast was nice and had a good spread.

Rooms are good. They treated nicely. I felt uneasy while sleeping, i guess they locked cooling temp, i tried to adjust to give more cooling, but it was by default and locked.
