The location is very close to many college hospitals and adjacent to the main avinasi road so the location is easily identified. Food varieties are suitable for all people. services and amenities are excellent and sufficiently provided.

Stayed first time in Radisson, never expected such a worst experience. 1. Restroom are pathetic. Doors are not air locked, no exhaust technology to dry the wet floor. Then how it will be hygienic? Smells very bad, every time we enter the room. the bad smell from restrooms circulates inside the rooms too, since as i mentioned the restroom doors are not air tight. Dint expect such a worst door fot the restroom. 2. Morning buffet doesn't have many options. No sandwich, No paratha, nothing. Same menu on all days. 3. we stayed for 3 days, one day some electrical issue, lifts were not working in the morning. ok fine, unexpected electrical issue, we came down through the emergency staircase for morning breakfast, unimaginable dirty stair case with bad smell. 4. Cleaning needs improvement in all aspects 5. Very Slow Room Service. Food will be costly (as expected) but it takes minimum an hour to prepare & get served to rooms. If you stay here, You will regret in the aspect of Hygiene. Everytime we enter our room, it smells bad. Worst experience.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent experience. Unfortunately, most of the food items we received last night. Since we were hungry, we tried eating a little, but soon realized the quality was not good. We were also quite tired and did not have the energy to discuss the matter further at that time. We informed the manager, who kindly asked us to wait for fresh food. However, as we wanted to rest, we couldn’t wait and ended up leaving more than half of the food untouched. My wife, for example, left nearly 70% of her meal. Despite this, we were billed in full. When I mentioned this during billing, the staff checked with the manager, but the bill was not adjusted. In addition, while the room itself is spacious and comfortable, it was unfortunately dusty and did not appear to be cleaned properly. We sincerely hope you take this feedback constructively, as we truly appreciate your hospitality and would love to see improvements in both food quality and room maintenance.
