I like the hotel and the rooms are both beautiful but I face a problem after I check in my room the TV is not working. After wasting a lot of time the TV starts working. Therefore I was upset with the hotel service, if you are giving room to someone at least check first that all the things are working properly. I am very disappointed.

Premium price but not so premium experience

For a property that presents itself as a 5-star hotel, our stay fell short of expectations. We were three guests but found only two towels in the room. The bathroom had several maintenance issues — the magnifying mirror light wasn’t working, and the tissue holder was loose, causing inconvenience. The air conditioning remained warm even at the lowest setting, and though housekeeping attempted to fix it, the cooling barely improved. There was also no weighing scale in the room, and the one provided on request was broken. On a positive note, the food was excellent in both taste and quality. Overall, a 5-star hotel deserves 5-star attention to detail, which we found lacking here.

We've been there almost three times, and the last two times we've checked in, we've always had problems with the beds. When we asked for a king bed, they always gave us two single beds, and when I called them after getting into the room, they sent staff after half an hour to combine that bed and change the bedding, and when I laid on the bed, I kept going into the center gap because of the joined bed.

Cleanliness was not up to the mark, food was average, and the air conditioner did not work. Even after a complaint, no resolution was provided, which affected the overall experience.
