I recently had the pleasure of staying at the radisson blu Radisson Blu Hotel Greater Noida in greater noida, and i must commend the outstanding staff across all departments. From the seamless check-in process to the efficient check-out, every interaction was handled with exceptional professionalism and friendliness. The restaurant service was equally impressive, with attentive staff ensuring a delightful dining experience. I would like to extend my congratulations to the general manager and his entire team for delivering such extraordinary hospitality. It was evident that this level of care and attention is a standard for every guest. However, i would like to point out that the room could benefit from some additional maintenance. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive, and i highly recommend the radisson blu for anyone visiting greater noida.

Very beautifully located just nest to famous mall of pune. Airport is just 5 min drive and viman nagar area is just next door. From reception to check out my experience was memorable and very professional and smooth. I loved the way Radisson Blu Hotel Greater Noida is managed. Mr krishna mohan kumar and mr are two main person who impressed me with the care and courtesies. Check in staff is always with smile and very well trained. Location- extremely good as its nearness to gims, niims and gautam bud h university is noteworthy. Food is great, great range of choice and complimentary breakfast menu is simply awesome. Service is very alert and assistance is also extremely well taken care of. Rooms are very spacious and bed is comfortable, housekeeping staff are extremely efficient. Sound proofing of the rooms, specially the connexting door between the rooms needs to be looked into, as people talking on tur otherside can be heard at night.

Food is good ambience is good. Only one thing which i don't like that they are taking payment hand to hand. Of all order which i placed. Means i pay all the deis at the time of checkout. But for a payment of 350 rs they called me thrice and send the man in room to take the payment. I really don't like this s policy. Means i am spending 7000 rs for a room and they are doing this for 350 rs.

I always select radission blu when i stay in great noida. Excellent bar n food n satisfied room service. But i face once booking refund issue i booked the Radisson Blu Hotel Greater Noida but i m not achieved on time then Radisson Blu Hotel Greater Noida not allowed me cancellation n no refund. Suggest improve this experience, overall this still your best option in great noida.

It was an excellent stay. Hotel is having very dedicated staff to provide professional service and swimming pool.

The property is located ideally near pauri chowk, greater noida which is suitable for everyone coming from agra and places around. Breakfast was amazing, amenities were good and room service was prompt. We stayed in family suite which is very spacious.
