Radisson Blu Hotel & Suites GRT Chennai Airport

We had a wonderful time thanks to the staff, who were very helpful, courteous and accommodating. One issue i would say is the switches in the room for lights is very complicating and the tablwt provided did not have the control options or the in room dining menu, for some reason. Close to the airport and the pick-up & drop were executed very well. The staff Everywhere were excellent and we look forward to staying here again.

The service is pretty good and the food was top notch especially the bakery loved it. All together the experience was amazing

The property location was close to the airport whihc was my requirement. The stay was super. the Room was very good with all amenities. Bathroom was very neaqt and clean, The Breakfast spread was too good. Overall i enjoyed my stay. Food was very good with variety. Location comfortable and facilities superb

Unfortunately we couldn't check in to the hotel as we had to cancel our plans due to Medical emergency. But the process of booking and the hotel offering complimentary airport shuttle were very good. Customer service until that point was very good.

Hotel ambience and rooms are good. Front office people are like military people... forgot their smiles.. they think this is needed for a business hotel! Didn't get airport pickup as requested from make my trip ...then I called them and got the pickup. Very nice place to stay.. People and services need improvement.

Really it was wonderful stay with Radisson Blu hotel. We enjoyed,very comfortable and luxurious hotel. Especially we like fully automated room . Washroom is very hygiene and Vera level.

The stay was excellent. Hospitality is top notch and up to the standards. Rooms are very neat and clean and well maintained.

We stayed here for 1 night while travelling back to surat from Puducherry as our flight was from Chennai. It’s a pleasant stay with overall good experience. Booked studio room which had all the amenities inline with 5 star property. Breakfast spread was good. Had 24X7 access to the longue which was giving complimentary beverages, snacks items, fruits and juices etc 24 X 7. Also they provide complimentary airport pick up and drop facility

Awesome experience, they allow as early checkin and late checkout and breakfast was also good and had different varieties.

Good room maintenance and cleaning..problem comes on services during night time..first of all receptionist or who ever attending the calls in night is not responding properly..even for getting water we need to wait for 2 hrs...wrost experience during the stay..l don't know how the management is not looking such things. this is a beautiful hotel, it's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home, especially its room automation is next level

Excellent well maintained property near the airport. Good for family as well as business. Professional staff and excellent food. Rooms are well maintained and neat. In room dining options and speed of service was excellent

Had great experience with stay and food ( had 3 meal) . Liked the ambiance and room service is also great

The breakfast buffet was not upto the mark. This doesn't happen. But this time when I stayed, it was not good. I skipped the complimentary breakfast. Room service took very long just to give a bath towel which is very disappointing. The cars which are used for airport transfers definitely need a replacement
