All the staff in the Radisson Blu Hotel kharadi are friendly, responsive and customer service oriented. I would like give a special shout out to front desk desk staff rishab, a lady receptionist who checked us in (regrettable, i do not remember the name) and the other front staff. My check in time was 2. 00 pm and my flight arrived at 6. 30 am. I had made few appointments and plans till 2 pm. However, on day of check in, the weather in pune was horrible with non-stop rain and flooded streets. Hence all my other plans had to be canceled. With 8 year in tow, i needed a place to check in to. I checked with radissons but unfortunately, early check in at 7. 30 am was not available. I checked close by Radisson Blu Hotel kharadi, but Radisson Blu Hotel kharadis were full. I went to radisson and explained the situation. Rishab and his colleagues understood my dire situation. I was permitted permission to stay in wife's colleagues room who had radisson previous day and they provided 1st available room for my check-in at 11. 00 am. This sort compassion for customer and customer service that too with smile meant from future radisson will by go to 1st choice Radisson Blu Hotel kharadi. This Radisson Blu Hotel kharadi has great staff. Which is Radisson Blu Hotel kharadis biggest and best asset. Also surprise chocolate gift placed in room for my daugther has made her loyal to radision. Now she keeps asking to stay @radisson. Thanks for the memorable experience.

The checking was efficient, as was the large room.......overall good service.....but particularly significant was Ms Sanushree Das, at the family restaurant adjacent to the lobby area. She was able to send us fresh food, some very nice multigrain croissant, etc. And very attentive to us at the restaurant during our subsequent visits for dinner. Highly recommend her service, her personable attitude and her professionalism......♥️ I also highly recommend Chef Susmita Biswas - very proficient with continental food......her risotto with fungi and truffle oil felt authentic and fresh out of an Italian Tuscany family bistro. Knowledgeable with her understanding of western cuisine and a delight to exchange notes on food. Sushmita, as a sous chef, promises to become a chef of exceptional caliber in the years ahead, also having worked at some of the best Radisson Blu Hotel kharadi groups

Sky Bar - no bartender on first two days, the lady Karuna handing all service efficiently all alone Room size good,bathroom badly designed - no sliding partition between shower are and rest of bathroom shower water goes everywhere in the bathroom, towel rod is in another corner,so dangerous as bathroom floor becomes slippery after a shower. Housekeeping staff good . However, our complaint,from day 1, of leaky health faucet was not addressed. Carmine resturant- good breakfast buffet spread, very friendly staff - Chef Susmita and Samridhi.Tejaswini and Parth in service in particular.Dinner buffet wasn't upto expectations in terms of both menu combination and taste.

Hi, i stay radisson blu kharadi from 21 st jan to 25 jan 2024, standard room, rooms are extremely clean, spacious, mini bar in room, everything is top notch, breakfast is extremely good, lots of option, kharadi eon it park is near by stay, it was office trip, cab took 50rs to reach eon it park, i will definitely stay here for my next visit, i use there massage service, i found it good but not upto the mark, due to the fact that they dont have couple spa package, also they are little confused, when ever i stay in Radisson Blu Hotel kharadi i use massag service, so i used many but till date best one is in shimla till now

Everything was good. Check in smooth. Location is good. Room was good. Got business class rooms. The washroom doors were not having a lock ! but they repaired it promptly. The room was not having a safe ! which they brought in and installed promptly. The shower know came off ! which they repaired promptly. But why do these things happen in a star Radisson Blu Hotel kharadi. I think it's because it's a bit dated. The swimming pool was also under renovation. The breakfast spread was very good. Chef mr saj even made us an extra dish of egg roast when my son asked for it. On the whole a happy experience. Recommended.

I was on a business trip while staying at this property. It was by far one of my best radisson blu experiences so far among-st all their properities. Their entire team was well-behaved, polite, warm and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to the restaurant chef mr. Zameer for being such a lovely host to their restaurant. He, very kindly and graciously accepted my dietary preferences and made sure i have as much varities and options in their buffet and breakfast, like others. Overall and very pleasant stay experience. Keep up the good work team kharadi!

The Radisson Blu Hotel kharadi is well located and well connected to airport. The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was well spread but the taste was bland for my liking.

Staff is kind and helpful. Room is clean and neat. Location is accessible and close to corporate offices. Food is fresh and healthy. I like the gym with sufficient equipment to have enough exercise in the morning. Overall stay is confortable with family. I recommend friends to stay here

The stay was good. We got upgrade to business class rooms which were big. Though the bathroom and room asthetics can be improved and look bit old. Also swimming pool was not operational which was disappointing.

Everything is good loction and service and the this day wedding was very noisy. Room was not good bcz there was no complete cover in the bathing area

Very friendly staff, clean room, great variety of breakfast. Because of ac the towels felt damp, not sure what we can do, may put fresh towels only when guest is ready to use the room.
