Service is good. Food is awesome specially gulab jamun. During my stay at the luxurious Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana, every detail was meticulously taken care of, ensuring an exceptional experience. I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana and encountered several issues that i believe need urgent attention. Firstly, upon arrival, the reception on the 5th floor was unmanned, leaving guests stranded on the ground floor with no assistance. Furthermore, the post-dinner experience was unsettling as kitchen staff came to my Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana room for payment. In my opinion, this procedure is inappropriate; charges should be transparently included in the room rent or finalized on the overall bill. The experience was so good😊 The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Stay was very pleasant, staff was very polite and helpful, from valet parking, lift man, restaurant, reception staff everyone welcomed with folded hands, this gesture was commendable. The only problem is the location of this place, it's little far from both railway station and bus stand. One mall is next to this Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana, which is good too. Due to some problem i had to check in bit early which they allowed. Over all stay was good, bit pricy though, room was very spacious and well maintained.

Radisson ludhiana is a decent Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana. Facilities in the room are good. And very comfortable. The Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana is a little bit overdone in terms of internal room decor. Instead, they should have focused on other aspects like comfort and hygiene. Staff is very supportive. I really enjoy the breakfast every morning. It's pretty decent and covers almost everything. Have already planned to continue my official stay with the Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana on a regular basis.

My train got halt in between at ludhiana, i was going to amritsar. And i had to book Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana in emergency around 9 pm. I could not think of any other comfortable and safe space. I immediately typed radisson blu, and got a room booked for me. They upgraded me to executive room. I had one of the sound sleep. It was amazing experience for me. I would always prefer radisson over other properties. And ludhiana staff was amazing.

1. Mat/towel kept outside the bathroom door cant be opened because door is almost touching ground. So it was not effective. 2. Breakfast exceutives were allotting seats which was quite weird, it shudnt be done that way. Let me choose where i want to sit. 3. Even though room payments were paid in advance still another deposit money was asked. This was first time have experienced something like this in any of the Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhianas.

Infrastructure, amenities and services are as usual. Great coz' its radisson blu and it's a brand but what attracts me most is the friendly behavior of all staff. It didn't feel like a Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana at all. Due to medical issues i am quite particular about the ingredients being used in my food and the staff really cared about it and carefully directs chef to follow what i said. Thanks guys

The stay in radisson from last two times are really comfortable. Staff is polite and food is also good.

Property was good but as its little old so you feel the interiors little outdated. Staff is good but they could behave little better. Staff looked like underpaid specially the lift guy and personnel at checking at entry. So seems ok but wont repeat.
