The front desk staff seemed very new to the hospitality industry. Seemed like freshers/interns especially the lady standing at the front desk during evening hours. The guard (Manish) standing at the elevator was very rude and shouldn’t be allowed inside the lobby premises. 3/5 because the restaurant staff was pretty good otherwise it should be considered as a low grade 2 star hotel. Not recommending anyone.

Very nice stay. All persons including front desk, reception, room services and restaurant employees are very soft, supportive and friendly!

Poor Stay

First of all in the morning we asked for a water. It took 45 minutes to send them a water. They don't serve it for 45 minutes after three calls. Bad experience with my Valley car parking scratched the left side of my Scorpio and and they don't agree to that third part. The bathroom was locked from inside, and we can't open it. It took 13 minutes to open the door.

Room Preference Issue was there, I booked a day use room I was early still

I asked for smoking room but got non-smoking room. Room service was good, room was clean but there was no mini bar in the room.
Room: Day use Room from 11 AM to 5 PM (check-in and check-out on same day)

the air conditioners are not working, terrible room service called thrice and still the issue was not resolved

The experience at this place was unpleasant.The lobby and the rooms were stinking and damp.Insects like mosquitoes and flies were present in the rooms.The food is astonishingly overpriced.Is it a hotel in Delhi or London.The price for Dinner Buffet is extremely high, the high cost doesn’t even justify the tasteless mediocre food.The in room dining is hopeless too.Looks like a luxurious place but feels like damp medieval cave.Very sad state.No value for money.
