The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of both indian and continental options. However, the service during this meal was a major disappointment. The slow pace and indifferent attitude of the staff significantly detracted from the overall dining experience. It's unfortunate that such a minor aspect could overshadow the Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi's many strengths. Had it not been for the breakfast service, i would have wholeheartedly awarded a five-star rating. Nonetheless, i would recommend radisson blu Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi ranchi for its accommodation and overall facilities, but with a caveat for breakfast service.

Hotel seems to be the best in ranchi though it's not the same standards as in other cities. Sharing pros and cons cons - 1. Buffet breakfast so so, both in terms of choices and taste. So was disappointed. Had it twice during my stay and both similar experiences 2. Bathroom shower area build is weird as there is no door to separate that and hence the water from shower will end up making the entire bathroom wet. So if you prefer dry bathrooms like me you will not appreciate this pros - 1. Prime location not too far from airport 2. Staff and services very good (except for one person at the reception who had sounded weirdly rude prior to arrival) 3. The cafe at the entrance of Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi which is also part of the Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi is pretty good and reasonably priced

Got a bit of renovation kicked in, new smart tvs, but one can’t connect the tv to the internet to use its features, also i forget could not figure how to use the dth as well. Type c ports are installed but they would not work for some reason. Asked for a sprite at around midnight and was told that the bar is closed and they can’t serve it, finally had to get on a call with duty manager and then he managed to send it. Dustbin in the bathroom was missing, had to ask for that as well.

Spent one night on a business trip to ranchi. Room was spacious with basic amenities available in the room. Check in & check out were handled very efficiently. Location is good with a short drive to station & airport. Staffs are helpful & courteous. Breakfast spread was good. Food was delicious and tasty. Enjoyed my stay. Seriously consider this Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi on my next business or pleasure trip to this fascinating capital city of the beautiful state of jharkhand.

The Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi is located at a very prime location like airport, railway station & main market is just a few kms away. The pricing was pretty good compared to similar Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchis nearby. And food & staff behaviour was good and other amenities like swimming pool, gym, spa were also very well maintained. So overall a great experience. Will highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at ranchi

The Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi is located very strategically at ranchi which is comfortably accessible to the business centres, places of tourism interests, govt departments, out skirts of the city as well as connecting to the highways to get out of the city avoiding traffic snarls. The management and staff are well behaved and cordial. The housekeeping always takes care of the facilities so that the users always get the maximum benefits

The rooms are very comfortable. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was great. But in room dining orders were very poor. We ordered a chicken pizza. It was one of the worst pizza i ever ate. We tried the sports bar but the food is not up to the mark. The swimming pool was clean and we enjoyed it. The gym was great. Didn't get the chance to try buffet for lunch & dinner

Was a bit disappointed in the beginning since i had to wait for over 45 minutes to get a room but post that, the stay was great. I was given an upgrade to compensate for handing the room over late. The staff, be it at the reception or any other service such as housekeeping and in-room dining, were very responsive at all times. Overall, it was a good experience.

Food is mediocre. It lacks authenticity. Rest everything is good. Probably due to government guidance they bow provide ro water and not mineral water.

It was good stay. Food was also nice. They arranged a cake for my parents without any extra cost. It was worth it.
