Dear Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka management, i recently stayed at your Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka and had a generally pleasant experience. However, during check-in, the receptionist gave me the key to an occupied room, where a guest was bathing. This mistake wasted half an hour of my limited time. I was eventually assigned the correct room, which was clean and well-maintained. I was pleased with the room's condition, but the initial error caused inconvenience. To improve, i suggest double-checking room assignments before issuing keys. This simple step can prevent similar incidents and ensure a smoother check-in experience. Very nice accomodation staff is very helpful and nice behaviour rooms and whole area of Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka are neat and clean, beautiful interior and exterior but check-in process is time taking and i included lunch with accomodation but when i gone for lunch they told me that it was late and lunch is chargeable now, so i paid two times for lunch, nobody inform me for lunch timing

The property's location is very good based on the dwarka locality and airport, but is a bit far away from central delhi. The food and amenities were worth every penny. The room is a bit old and some electronics were not working properly, but once pointed out they were fixed. The service is a bit slow but overall it is a great place for the price we are paying.

This Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka has it all - good security, beautiful lobby, delightful pool, comfortable rooms and excellent service. The food was very nice specially the breakfast was well spread. The swimming pool is big and very well laid out. The Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka is very good for couples and a great place to relax.

We stayed here for just a night and had a pleasant stay although not fantastic one as compared to other five stars in the city. The property is located in a good location with metro access. This Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka is more suited for corporate people and not apt for leisure travelers like us. Breakfast was good but not great.

The property is good. Has a welcoming and peaceful vibe. Things are pretty well-managed. The check-in process is quick. No such problems with my stay. Room service could be a notch better. Takes longer than it should, at times having to call multiple times for someone to show up. But yes, the overall experience was satisfactory.

The ambience of the room was quit good. Room services are quick and neat. You can also avail swimming pool & gym facility. And of course, enjoy the buffet with delicious cusines and pastries. The establishment has various malls, clubs & game zones in ground floor. The location is walking distance from sector 13 metro station.

My visit was very good actually. But getting my room process can be a bit fast and a fan is also required in rooms. Otherwise the room was so beautiful and the lunch was also tasty. Thank you for having me and my partner we both liked it so much.

Radisson is always great! this property has shopping arcade too. Room service is slow. Checkin was smooth.

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms were very well made and there was no problem with th service or booking.

Day use room was quite different from the actual rooms, the mats were cheap and the window view was a banquet hall lol

Everything was good, staff and room but the in-room dining was not up the mark and food was awful. Previous experience were better than this time.

Good place, mall attached, niiice room. Love to visit again. I found the place better than radisson blu pashchim vihar.

Overall it was an excellent experience. The pool was well maintained. Multiple lifts, clean rooms, clean washrooms.

Easy checkin with a friendly staff. We got a clean room with all basic amenities however had to make calls for bath salts and robes and slippers.
