Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat

The food was surprisingly much better than regular Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat food. The stay was comfy and well serviced. As we stayed in a villa, Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat also arranged for car to and from our villa to the reception and dining area. Our bhk villa was quite spacious to accommodate more than four people (with extra beds. Their spa is also an exquisite experience that you must give it a try. What makes the spa experience even more relaxing is a dedicated building with calming music in the background to soothe your mind and soul. Location is also easily accessible except for the last 3-4 km road on which you may find potholes, especially during monsoon. The road route is all plains with no ghat section making the drive easier even for someone new to driving.

Recently came over to this property for a family vacay and wowww what a perrrrfect experience in every way. The facility literally spells Hospitality in bold and capitals. Whether it is their Reception or the Rooms or The Fun/Game Zone or the oh-so-beautiful swimming pool, every thing is just Awesssome. The breakfast and all buffet spreads are good, diverse and yummy with new and novel live counters everyday. The Staff across the property are all class apart and literally make all guests feel special and at home with all their attention, service , suggestions and sweet gestures. The location is luxe, tranquil and amidst Greenery. The drive itself to the property is so peaceful and beautiful.

It was our first time in radisson blu properties and must say it was great. The property is so huge and have excellent mountain view’s specially from swimming pool and breakfast area. Rooms were super clean and room service was on point. We were there for my husband’s birthday and without any delays they arranged delicious cake. Would like to recommend for those who want to chill out with you toddler as well. Many things to keep them busy and you can just walk behind them and let them do anything. Very safe and planned out structure as well. Overall happy that we visited this property. Point of improvement: many times light was on and off and it was quite disturbing.

Awesome stay food and staff. We asked for food if our choice and they offered it during buffet. They helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. We could not eat the cake so offered cake box which was bigger than the cake. So requested for another box to carry the cake. They immediately got one suitable for the cake box. It was all about customer delight. We enjoyed so much, we missed our closed ones who were not with us. Many friends appreciated our pictures. We will surely make another stay with our daughter.

Had an amazing stay at radisson blu karjat, rooms were spacious, with balcony having pool view. Swimming pool was very clean, huge and well maintained, hospitality of the staff was good, want to mention mr. Chetan and one more evening staff who arranged a complimentary cake for the special occasion. Huge property with lovely decor and ambience. Breakfast options were good. Overall a lovely stay. In the mid of nature where we see mountains and river, radisson blue was like a home away from home, the food was amazing, the rooms and services were great. Its kids friendly and they have huge play area for kids with arcade games, bowling alley, huge trampoline space and soft play area, also there was cricket zone. I went there with my family and two days stay become memorable with so much activities, friendly and courteous staff made it even more special.

It was very lovely stay. As we went for our wedding anniversary we enjoyed a lot. Food was just amazing and all th staffs are very helpful very kind. The room was very neat n clean. Our kids enjoyed swimming an specially th kids area was just amazing thre was lots of activities to do. We went for one night next time we will plan for 2 nights lovely experience. Unforgettable experience! we went to celebrate my wife's birthday and we got the surprise room upgrade to a suite with a spectacular river view! special thanks to like from radisson blu from following up and arranging everything including amazing birthday decor! the property itself was amazing from scenic view to amazing pool and a kids play area as well as play zone (paid) for kids & adults! overall we had an amazing time! thanks again radisson and lika!

Good Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat and facilities. Location is good as well amid-st the mountains. Services are satisfactory and amenities can be improved further but they are satisfactory as well

The property is really good. Service in restaurant is little slow. Spa is the highlight of the property.

There were frequent electricity cut many times a day in resort

It was a great stay especially since it was wedding anniversary. The staff is too good and goes out of their way to assure that you are comfortable.

It's a good Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat with all the facilities you can expect from the brand. In main course, the good, is quite bland. Need to be customized to the indian taste.

The stay with radisson was excellent. The property is huge with a lot of things to do. We stayed in a 2 bhk villa which was spacious and apt for our family of 5. The swimming pool was excellent. The weather was also great and monsoon is a great time to visit this place. Good was also good though expensive as expected from a 5 star property. We used the spa facility which was great as well. Overall a pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at the radisson blue, karjat. The property had excellent facilities with spacious rooms, a wonderful swimming pool, lot of greenery, a great gym, a superb fun park with many gaming options and great indoor sports as well. The food was magnificent with an extensive spread. The staff were courteous and helpful thus resulting in a fabulous overall experience.
