The entire experience and the stay at the resort was absolutely a mesmerising experience. The resort is located away from the city hustle which makes it perfect getaway with family. Rooms and infrastructure is not maintained like a 5 star. Wedding season makes it more challenging as you feel like no private space and too much crowded with music etc. Service wise also found slow. So not worth at such a tariff.

Pros : 1. Staff behaviour and attitude was excellent 2. Room was spacious and excellent. 3. Buffet and breakfast spread was very good. 4. Request for anniversary celebration was executed well with a cake. CON : There is a foul smell when we sit in the balconies facing the river. Thus you cannot sit there after a while. seems like the river is infested with industrial waste. Not sure though, but if it is then it is a serious issue to be looked upon by Raddison .

Our check-in experience didn’t start perfectly, but the issue was promptly resolved by the efficient front desk team, setting a positive tone for our stay. Located in a slightly remote part of Karjat with an average approach road, the resort feels like a serene, scenic escape once you enter. We stayed in the top-category “Deluxe Suite with Mountain View, Bathtub, Balcony, and Living Room” for three nights. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a wonderful view. Housekeeping was prompt, and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The only area for improvement would be better coordination between teams handling the “One Touch” service line. The resort offers multiple dining options with good food and drinks, though prices are on the higher side—expected for a premium property. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention for its extensive spread, delicious dishes, and efficient staff management despite the rush. The gaming zone is enjoyable for both adults and kids, with several paid and a few complimentary activities. The property’s vastness ensures there’s always something to do—leisure, recreation, or simply soaking in the peaceful ambience. Overall, our stay was memorable. Despite minor hiccups, the hospitality, ambience, and facilities made it a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for families or couples looking for a luxurious getaway near Mumbai. We’re already looking forward to visiting again.

Terrible Stay

The experience has been extremely disappointing. The rooms are in poor condition and clearly need major repairs and renovation. Even the lobby carpet is dirty, giving a very shabby impression. The bathrooms are poorly maintained — tiles are broken, and water spills all over the floor. This is nowhere close to a five star resort experience and definitely not worth the amount charged. The rooms are dirty, and the mattresses are smaller than the bed frames in all five rooms that we have booked.

The property was well maintained and food was good but the room was sub optimal. The plumbing was defective. Room flooded during rains and the house keeping was slow in response.

Pathetic indoor/rooms but great outdoor. Not worth the amount that we paid

Someone else's non ceg food bills are clubbed with our rooms and we had to justify that its not ours since we all are vegetarian. Overall the staff is very courtecious, especially restaurent staff and chefs.
