Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat

The food was surprisingly much better than regular Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat food. The stay was comfy and well serviced. As we stayed in a villa, Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat also arranged for car to and from our villa to the reception and dining area. Our bhk villa was quite spacious to accommodate more than four people (with extra beds. Their spa is also an exquisite experience that you must give it a try. What makes the spa experience even more relaxing is a dedicated building with calming music in the background to soothe your mind and soul. Location is also easily accessible except for the last 3-4 km road on which you may find potholes, especially during monsoon. The road route is all plains with no ghat section making the drive easier even for someone new to driving.

It was a great experience exploring this property. We booked for one night including breakfast. It gave us a tropical vibes, similar to bali resorts. The property is huge, which includes big swimming pool, game area, rooms were spacious including balcony. We had a good time. The breakfast included wide range of food items and it was really good. However we did not enjoyed the bakery items such as doughnut, muffins, chocolate puff seemed to be hard and didn’t feel as fresh. We ordered lunch and dinner from ala carte. The prices seemed to be super expensive considering the quantity of the food served. Though the quality and taste of the food was very good. Big shoutout to the entire staff at reception. House keeping , restaurant teams who were polite, helpful, always smiling and ready to help.😀😀😀

Recently came over to this property for a family vacay and wowww what a perrrrfect experience in every way. The facility literally spells Hospitality in bold and capitals. Whether it is their Reception or the Rooms or The Fun/Game Zone or the oh-so-beautiful swimming pool, every thing is just Awesssome. The breakfast and all buffet spreads are good, diverse and yummy with new and novel live counters everyday. The Staff across the property are all class apart and literally make all guests feel special and at home with all their attention, service , suggestions and sweet gestures. The location is luxe, tranquil and amidst Greenery. The drive itself to the property is so peaceful and beautiful.

Located in the foothills of sahyadri mountain range, it's a perfect getaway from city's hustle bustle. We booked a villa for our family of 5, 3 adults 2 kids. Spacious rooms with attached bathroom, big living space on ground floor and kitchen. Nice home away from home. Food quality was good and the breakfast buffet in panorama hall was awesome. Ample activities to keep yourself comfortable within the resort premises- swimming pool, green carpeted ground, table tennis, gymnasium and paid fun zone park with varied fun games kept our kids happy and engaged. The only concern we had was some poor maintenance of villa amenities like switch boards were broken and cracks on the wall.

It was our first time in radisson blu properties and must say it was great. The property is so huge and have excellent mountain view’s specially from swimming pool and breakfast area. Rooms were super clean and room service was on point. We were there for my husband’s birthday and without any delays they arranged delicious cake. Would like to recommend for those who want to chill out with you toddler as well. Many things to keep them busy and you can just walk behind them and let them do anything. Very safe and planned out structure as well. Overall happy that we visited this property. Point of improvement: many times light was on and off and it was quite disturbing.

We went for celebrating our kids birthday. The facility were good specially the swimming pool. The room are bit small but overall good for a small family. The fun park which is advertised is nice but it’s on extra charges and none of the games are included as part of booking which is not informed properly at time of booking. The dinner included was average but breakfast was very good with lot of options. Overly a decent stay but could have been improved specially the kids play are and facilities for children

Had an amazing stay at radisson blu karjat, rooms were spacious, with balcony having pool view. Swimming pool was very clean, huge and well maintained, hospitality of the staff was good, want to mention mr. Chetan and one more evening staff who arranged a complimentary cake for the special occasion. Huge property with lovely decor and ambience. Breakfast options were good. Overall a lovely stay. In the mid of nature where we see mountains and river, radisson blue was like a home away from home, the food was amazing, the rooms and services were great. Its kids friendly and they have huge play area for kids with arcade games, bowling alley, huge trampoline space and soft play area, also there was cricket zone. I went there with my family and two days stay become memorable with so much activities, friendly and courteous staff made it even more special.

The staff was very polite and made sure the stay was comfortable and a blissful experience. The waiters and the management staff all did a gr 8 work. Very much satisfied with the stay. Will definitely visit again

Good Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat and facilities. Location is good as well amid-st the mountains. Services are satisfactory and amenities can be improved further but they are satisfactory as well

Food - both the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet had a great spread and tasted very well. Activities - very nice game center with a bowling alley, indoor cars, indoor cricket etc. Swimming pool had a good view of the green mountains and was surrounded by palm trees which enhanced the view. Service was usually quick but the room had some furnishing glitches and the tv remote was not working and not replaced or repaired!

Good service, made my baby's 1st birthday memorable. However the food prices are at the higher end.

The property is quite big, it's a resort, and the staff is very courteous and polite. Rooms are spacious breakfast is very delicious, it's very good in quality and quantity.

The property is excellent and has everything shown in the pictures. But the service is very very slow when the resort is fully occupied.
