The location of this lovely resort is very accessible and nestled in a far corner of a village. The property is built in a large expanse of lovely land surrounded by the forest. There is a lot of walking space, nearby trails and even if you don't want to step out of the property, there is a lot to do here as well. The infinity pool oversees the city which is fantastic. Lots of quiet nooks and corners to unwind slowly. The food is fantastic, very easy on the stomach and a lot of seasonal vegetables and fruits and integrated in the cuisine. The staff are very well informed, super helpful and ever so eager to help and guide you to the best of their ability. The check in and check out process is smooth, the staff are not too interfering if that is something you desire. Almost all the rooms /villas have an excellent view and the fresh forest air really helps to breathe easy. The rooms have all the basic amenities, are clean and very well maintained and centrally heated . Would definitely recommend this property whenever you plan to visit this part of Himachal.

Beautiful location and great hospitality . Traditional Himachal sweet dish tasted amazing . Pool water was really clean. Spa had very courteous staff and good foot massage was provided by Manu. 24/7 gym is also a good facility .

The stay at the hotel was excellent.Location was pretty good...We could see whole dharamshala from the hotel. The property is beautiful with greenery allover and service was very good too. The only negative point I found was that rooms very really small and food didnt taste as per the five star expectations

Disappointing Stay – Overcrowded Breakfast & Limited Cart

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The most frustrating issue was the breakfast hall, which was severely overcrowded every morning. We had to wait 20–30 minutes just to be seated, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. The stress of standing in line first thing in the morning really impacted the overall enjoyment of our stay. Additionally, the hotel provides very few carts or vehicles for internal transport, which made getting around the property inconvenient and time-consuming—especially for guests with mobility concerns or families with children. While the staff was polite and the property itself has potential, these operational shortcomings made our visit less enjoyable than it should have been. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves guest logistics in the future.
