Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug

1. Check-in was smooth but the check-in staff while being very courteous did not quite understand our request for a small upgrade being hardly occupied on a week day. He would just nod for everything we said and we would have no idea what to expect until we went to the room 2. A very long walk to our room and we find that the key card won't work. What's more? we later find that the room is already occupied. I have never ever experienced any category of Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug ever, allotting a room which is already occupied. It really was a first to us. Didn't know if we should laugh or express frustration of the wait while the escorting staff went all the way back to get another room key (instead of using a damn fone) 3. So we waited an eternity while this guy came back with another room key. We finally made it into the room, only to find we weren't given any upgrade. It's okay to not get one but being communicated about it at the counter is paramount 4. We brought to their notice our frustration over the long wait and it wasn't nice what they did. The duty manager promptly approached us at the room and offered us an upgrade to the suite as a gesture of apology. We accepted and moved to the suite next door room 2209 5. The room was large and perfect for us as we could lounge and watch tv in the night while our daughter had a peaceful sleep in the room. However, this room was under very poor wifi network (so we didn't use it at all) and had a rear lake facing balcony whose door wouldn't lock, thereby making it grossly insecure. We brought it to their notice and they took forever to revert that there's nothing they could do about it except change the room. Unfortunately daughter had already fallen asleep and we just had to stay put 6. These things and the bland palak pane-er that i had ordered from room service had really upset us a lot. However, this resort has a hardcore courteous team that goes an extra mile to make up for mistakes (that shouldn't have happened in the first place) 7. They sent us an apology, a cake, replacement of palak pane-er with another dish, calls to ensure everything else was okay, extra and special care towards us the next day at breakfast. All this to an extent that we forgot about the bad and started complimenting the good here is a team that took the guest to a level of delight despite gross errors. I would really want to go back here again for a proper unwinding and experience their care again. The mistakes that happened shouldn't have happened and i hope they learn from this and put preventive measures in place. So, concluding - i simply loved the stay. Thank you team radisson alibaug. I truly want you to nail this and excel further

1. Room : i requested for pool opening room & Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug gave it. Rooms are super clean. Extra bed was given on time. Bathroom, tv all amenities were in very good condition. 2. Pool : 1 of biggest & cleanest i have ever seen. My son enjoyed swimming. 3. High tea entertainment : sunny anchored antakshari. 1 of best 45 minutes i & my family ever had. Followed by cultural show, ok ok, efforts of 4 folks was superb. Could not attend piano time, but i suggest to attend it 7pm-9pm. 4. Food : we are pure veg. Quality is excellent. Breakfast was superb. But ala cart e is very expensive, as per 5* norms. Still i observed that quantity this resort gave was more, at times double, than as expensive nearby resort i stayed next night. Especially, i remember aaloo & pane-er stuff kulcha were double portion & loaded heavily, compared to other next night. 5. Other amenities : lots of greeneries especially villa. Resort is spread in such a vast area. Gym, indoor game, outdoor games are fine. Did not try spa. Cons : mosquitos, but it is normal for greenaries around. Just take precaution for your family. Overall : fantastic for 2 nights, 3 days. Excellent stay, peaceful, very big, premium touch on everything.

Radisson blu Alibag is a wonderful property and well maintained.This is the only 5 star Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug in Alibag which pampers you at every step.ambience is too good.we stayed in C wing.Rooms are very spacious and newly built.Housekeeping guys are very helpful.in coffee shop everyone is so friendly and helping especially showbith gaurav and malki.Food in both the restaurants is delicious and mouth watering.Special thanks to Rajesh (chef)in knnkan restaurant and shruti (who was serving us.In bar vijay is The best.Team blu is really very lucky to have them.location is very quiet and mind blowing.welcome at the reception is super cool.last thing I would like to bring it to team radissons notice is that pls make your senior staff understand that they should at least smile and interact with their guests.Here i am talking about senior people not the trainees.Whenever we would go for our meals in the restaurant,senior position people looked always stressed.overall experience was very nice.Thanks team blu!

My husband and i were travel-ling to radisson for his birthday. The property is located in the midst of the mountains, natural habitat and overlooking a lake. The beach is just 15-20 minutes away. The Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug made sure that our stay was of the highest quality - the breakfast spread in the morning is fantastic and scrumptious. They have a lot of variety, it's not worth missing. They have cultural dance shows put up in the evening and serve evening bites for a certain cost to enjoy snacks. It's a beautiful property to walk around. The rec room is a bit small but that's alright, we managed to play a few games etc. Rooms were clean & hygienic and quite spacious. All in all a good stay )

We stayed at the spa villa, the room preparedness was delayed, though we arrived an hour after check in time. We enjoyed the room quality and comfort. The dinner at kokum was very scrumptious, i also recommend their breakfast buffet. I have been to better resorts but those were taj resorts, this one is okay for a short break. What can be better: 1. The pool is like a free for all talaab. Women dip their unclean feet as if at a river not a pool where others are swimming. Need some rules for entering pool like a mandatory shower. 2. Proximity to mumbai should have led to better quality confectionary, cooks at breakfast. 3. The one touch service or whatever does not answer between 7 pm to 9 am.

The property was excellent and the stay was nice. Hospitality was beyond expectations. On the food, i must say that one should go for an ala carte menu instead of a buffet, as we could find a buffet that attractive vis-a-vis the cost of it. As far as hygiene, safety and amenities are concerned, it was excellent. In fact we have not gone out of resort as we find everything in the property. My son and wife had a lot of fun at the kids zone and at the swimming pool. Though we went in the summer, the property had a lot of plants, we never felt like summer and enjoyed it a lot. I recommend everyone, if they plan alibaug, they can explore this property. Thank you.

Positives : the property is fantastic, amenities are great. Food at kokam spice was very good. Negatives : staff were untrained and junior, they were not able to handle basic demands. It was long weekend and overcrowded. Plus they don’t have life guard at swimming pool. Although i complained to the dm but response was not satisfactory. They should spend more to get experienced staff so then it would really be a complain free experience. I must mention ravikumar at banquet and breakfast was very attentive and served us really well, among-st others. Overall a 3. 75 on 5

The Hotel property is fabulous and rooms are excellent. They have spent a lot and maintained the property well. A bit disappointed with the service. All the staff are looking so stressed. No happiness to work at the place. I generally try to have a conversation or have a laugh but they were more focused on the work. It is evident that something is not right. They are doing everything right, trying hard, giving the best service as possible but it's like going through the motions for the sake of it. For the price which we are paying, the Wow factor is properly missing.

Overall experience was good. Room size was good, breakfast was good, complimentary stay for kids below 6 years, good swimming pool

The stay was good and the food. We enjoyed lunch and dinner. The breakfast was ok, but expect more during breakfast. I cannot comment about the property as it was raining and we were inside our room. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Property is good. One day is enough to explore the priority. Good veg food non veg will disappoint you a bit. Staff and service is awesome. Nice place for relaxation

Stayed in delux room. Room is very spacious and well appointed. Resort location is convenient. Easy 30 minute reach from mandwa ferry. Ch k in was smooth and quick. Big spacious property and the pool side open area is great to chill out. Good food at restaurant. La carte menu offers good options. Tried the buffet also. Plenty of options but most were standard expected fare. Good veg dessert options. Play area had carrom, tt, pool, chess. Also turf with badminton other sports. Staff is polite, responsive. All in all a good vacation option

We stayed there in deluxe room with balcony the room was big enough for 3 adults but the phone in my room was not working and even after complaining thrice, the service person couldn’t make it work the room was highly priced and the management was not careful enough to ensure that everything was right, the staff was not proactive to attend.

The ambience of the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug is great. It was really relaxing and the food was awesome. The staff was cooperative and very supportive. It took some time during the checkin but the staff helped me out in a couple of minutes. I would like to visit again to the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

The resort was excellent with high quality of service. The restaurant staff were very courteous. Chinese food was really good. The chef took an additional effort to come outside and understand the custom made food requirement for my old parents. Kudos to the restaurant manager and his team. The activity aspect was not that throbbing.

Amazing resort and hospitality. Enjoyed swimming pool, experienced golf, nice food. Lots of activities to do within resort. Overall it was a great stay there.
