Taj Alibaug Resort & Spa

It was a very pleasant experience. Extremely good and helpful staff. Particularly Chandrakant Gujare, Diana and Pankaj. Very courteous and efficient. We shall be there again soon

Brilliant property, clean and well managed. Pool was the biggest attraction for us. Ideal for families.

The property is amazing, true hospitality living up to the Taj standards. Scenic views, clean and well maintained rooms but the biggest attraction for us was the pool. Brilliant pool, again absolutely well maintained and ideal for families.

This place was very excellent and very good and 80s and beautiful, and for also very beautiful and MS is also very good. They have given very good services and the room services also very good and we are happy with my family and enjoy too much and much. Thank you

The stay was good. However all the requests were not met as we needed a celebration cake. Rest the staff was good and helpful

Hospitality was par excellence. A memorable stay. Food was very good with lots of options. It was raining with a very beautiful view of mountain and greenery.

A lovely experience at the Taj Alibaug. We were a family of 3 and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with impeccable cleanliness. We got a good deal on MMT for all meals and fully enjoyed the delicious food as well as the service. The property is far away from the beach though but the pool, play zones and the expansive property made up for that. Overall a great option for a short and quick weekend break from the usual routine.

My experience of Taj Alibaug Resort and Spa was awesome. The service, the staff the hygiene, the breakfast was all up to the mark. I will definitely live to visit again to this property

We had purchased a package with all three meals. The breakfast, was not bad but taj can do better. It was just an average 5 star hotel breakfast, have seen better in others! Dinner was also just about ok and the lunch was FANTASTIC. The best was the performances during high tea. The high tea was also ok- can’t ask for better. The house arrangement was also a very nice gesture. The staff was very very courteous- just the Taj standard. The experience overall was good but to justify the cost, something better could have done. Thankyou taj team.

Location and the amenities are good. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly. But the restaurant was very under staffed and we had a lot of waiting while waiting for the food to arrive along with a lot of mix up. Also the menu was also very limited.

it was amazing experience staying at Taj Alibaug. Thankful for their upgrade to luxury villa. food was amazing. swim at the pool along with game zone was relaxing.

Lovely property....though we reached early they helped us out with an early check-in. The staff was very polite, courteous and helpful.Food was good.All n all a memorable stay

Taj recently took over from what used to be Radisson. I have stayed in the property back then and can say it's almost the same structurally but with a touch of Taj flair. most of the staff are still Radisson , they still need to keep up with how taj hospitality actually is having family who has worked for taj for 40 years and know how taj treats their customers going that extra mile, this property I feel isn't there yet. their spa services were not up to the 5 star mark at all. when asked they said it not functional but they should not offer the services until it's fully functional as they are doing more harm to the brand that good. not the service I was expecting and I still have a sore shoulder from the massage. The breakfast buffet was amazing , they were accommodating and the staff over all were generally good. Rooms were clean and kept well. weekend saw an influx of families so got very crowded. Good activities for kids , massive pool, lots of greenery to soothe sore eyes. All in all a relaxed 2 night stay but definitely can improve to come up to the Taj standard
