recently I stayed at this hotel..it was pleasant stay.The staff at the reception and other staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. The only area that needs improvement is room service. Although the staff was polite, the service time was slower than expected. At check out I had to wait for around 1.5 hours due to late shifting of luggage Even after requesting multiple times..wasting precious time is not a professional conduct...little more efficiency in this department would make the experience much better.

Hotel - was filled with wedding guests and felt like I was put to one side. Given a small room in basement with a view of a wall. lack of real coffee is not something that needs to be raised at an issue with an International Hotel chain. Shower control didn't work and shower door would not close - certainly not the best breakfast I have ever had....food was at best warm

1. Room was very basic, doesn’t give 5-Star Feel. 2. Even after multiple calls for 2 days, we didn’t got shower gel. 3. After waiting for 30+ Minutes, no one came to receive the luggage during checkout.

Amazing property... Good rooms and ambience.. excellent restaurants and food.. best part is tranquility in terrace in morning.. Extremely courteous staff right from reception till checkout.. Only negatives - Room temperature cannot be adjusted and will remain around 20 - 22 deg as heaters are not active.. Secondly, make a wise choice while selecting the room.. as so called SUPERIOR rooms are basically BASIC ones with NO VIEW.. Although, I am extremely thankful to duty manager Mr. Arjun for saving me from the 3-nights Agony as he shifted me to a hill-lake view room.. Overall its worth spending the money at Radisson Blu as usual

A disappointing experience...

》The hotel's ambience and aesthetics are nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. 》However, room services and in-hotel dining are extremely expensive, with limited menu options. 》Bathrooms in the hotel don't have proper drainage and ventilation; water will stagnate into puddles on the bathroom floor instead of getting drained. 》Some hotel rooms have seepage in the walls. The AC can sometimes emit a foul odour.

Must not visit hotel - poor hygiene and irresponsible staff.

There were so many cons of booking this hotel - Firstly, the room was not at all clean. Secondly, we had ordered dal makhani in our dinner, which we received after 1 hour. However, to our surprise it was not dal makhani and instead we were being served yellow dal. Thirdly, the lights in the room were fluctuating bcoz of which there was a icking sound in every 2 minutes and our complaint was addressed after 2 hours as the telephone was also not working and I have to go the reception atleast 4 times to get it fixed. Please do not visit this hotel if you don’t want tonspoil your holidays.

To start with the location ; it’s very apt and close to the Fateh Sagar Lake hence it becomes quite comfortable for guests to roam around and take a good look of the city as well .. The rooms were good/ neat and tidy and housekeeping is available on your fingertips .. absolutely nothing to worry ... the food menu is also elaborate with great amount of choices to choose from ... the buffet breakfast was icing on the cake ...

Worst ever. The rooms were not maintained. Water leakage in the bathroom. Breakfast was mundane and boring. No continental options. And very rigid staff with subpar service.

Property is near rani road, location is good.. but they r charging more for the lake view, but its not the satisfactory lake view in business class room with no bath tub. Pool is good, they offered high tea also as complimentary service. We arrived at the raddison blu resort at 2 but the checkin time is at 3 so we waited for that, that’s ohk.. its upto availability of room. But i want to say about services that, in 4:30pm in evening they come to knock the door 2-3times n ask if we need anything.. we where sleeping at that time after hectic 6-7hrs travel. But that’s ohk they say we haven’t switched on the DND button, i didn’t know we have to switch on that.. so i felt its our fault, but next day door key is not working we already reached the 2floor in front of the room, we called at the reception n the staff also, they come after 20mins. I don’t think i will visit this resort again. n we informed at the reception n to staff also they come with the after 20-30mins later, we have to wait their. It feels like when we need there service they r not available n when we don’t need the services they are..
