We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, like the plush bedding, quality toiletries, and efficient room service. 3. Dining Experience: The food was fantastic! From the lavish breakfast buffet to the dinner, every meal was a treat. We especially enjoyed the variety of cuisines, and each dish was cooked to perfection. Undoubtedly the location, the property and the ambience of the Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa is excellent. The food quality for dinner as well as breakfast was not at par with the quality and standards of the status of the Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa. The airconditioner was not working properly. The dining area is extremely congested and moving around without causing inconvenience to other guests is impossible. The service staff in the dining area are also very inefficient and uncooperative. I am prompted to state this since i have a knee injury i had requested one of the service staff for a bowl. Instead of fetching it for me he pointed towards the spot where the bowls are kept. I regret to state also that for the last few days we have been touring rajasthan and have been staying at different Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spas but nowhere we have received such treatment. The bath tub was not functional. Once we had made the payment for the food bill they were in a hurry to check us out much before the check out time. To sum it up all our stay at radisson blu was an utter dissapointment.

However, we did encounter a minor inconvenience during our stay. Some maintenance work was in progress in certain areas of the Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa, which occasionally disrupted the peaceful ambiance. While the Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa staff was courteous and apologetic, it did slightly detract from the overall experience. Despite this minor setback, we would still highly recommend radisson blu udaipur to anyone visiting udaipur. The Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa's strong points, including its excellent location and sumptuous buffet, make it a worthwhile choice for a memorable stay in this enchanting city.

The overall experience was good staying with radisson blu palace and resorts property at udaipur. The exceptional service from “khushi” is something i would really appreciate. Also, i saw a guy at the reception - abhishek, i didn’t interact with him much but he knew how to handle customers. The only feedback i have is for the management/owners/inspection team - you guys definitely need to improve on your job by doing a periodic inspections around what’s working/what’s functional and what’s not working. There were many things in our room which weren’t working, which weren’t in good condition (the sliders, the drawers, the wardrobe doors, lights, loose wires. Please get the property maintained as your guests are paying their hard earned money for the good experience and not for something to adjust. Kindly elevate the maintenance at your property. Impeccable service, royal feel and treatment, attentive dedicated staff, serene location, cultural evenings, majestic decor, mesmeric lake view rooms, spacious clean rooms, the list is endless, the service and hospitality is so good. I am acknowledging some of their staff. Thanks to reception staff mr. Manas who welcomed us we had k human singh as our butler. He is so dedicated, disciplined and good at his job. It is commendable. Rupesh from house keeping was always there for any room queries. At anghan bar we were always politely attended by mr mahendra the service and hospitality is really good the make sure that the guest 's stay is comfortable and special. We loved our stay and the experience. They lived up to their statement 'yes i can'

Service was really good and staff was very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast spread was good. Rooms were clean and spacious although bathroom fittings are slightly old and can be improved but didn't bother much. The property is huge, beautiful, view of the lake and mountains from the outdoors is lovely. They also host a couple of cultural activities in the evening everyday for the guests like stalls, performances etc. They have 2 swimming pools which is a plus since one of them was under maintenance so we could still use the other. All in all a great experience, would recommend others. They also have a full fledged gaming galaxy inside the property which is quite cool. After a long day of tour you can chill there itself

Radisson blue resort and spa is located on the bank of fateh sagar lake. Hotel is accessible easily, took an uber to the Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa. Great hospitality. They allowed free of cost early checkin at 10am. Room was awesome with pool view and bath tub. Hotel has a resturant - neelmahal at the basement for buffet meals and one aravalli restaurant at terrace with lake view. Hotel also organised complimentary events in navratri and dussehra which were awesome. Food options are a bit less compared to other radisson Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spas, but taste is amazing. A great place to stay, relax and enjoy. Radisson keeping up it's name.

It was a great experience at radisson blu udaipur such a wonderful staff khuman and reception team we enjoyed the day and culture program.

The location overlooking the lake, hills and greenery is great. Near to railway station and half an hour drive from airport. Lots of open space to walk around. The food with limited menu is okay. The front office readily obliged for much needed early check-in and early check-out. Intermittent drizzle kept the outdoor weather comfortable

Beautiful property at perfect location having beautiful scenic view of lake, hills and greenary. Peaceful place to enjoy vacation with family and friends. Would definitely recommend for tasty food also.
