I recently stayed at the radisson and had a wonderful experience. The Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar's hygiene standards were excellent, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay. The food was very good, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant. One aspect that particularly stood out was the smoothness of the late-night check-in process. Although it took a little time to explain that i wanted a late-night check-in rather than an early check-in for the next day (to avoid early check-in charges, the staff were attentive and eventually understood my request. This attention to detail and willingness to assist really enhanced my overall experience. Despite the minor hiccup with the check-in clarification, the rest of my stay was perfect. The staff's dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience was evident in every interaction. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance of the Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. In summary, my stay at the radisson was excellent. The cleanliness, quality of food, and helpfulness of the staff made it a memorable visit. I recently stayed at the radisson for one night and had a mixed experience. The Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar's location is convenient, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, i felt that the amenities were somewhat limited. Adding more amenities, and a little for on ambience of room will make motel more good additionally, i found the hospitality to be lacking. The staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive, they are coming when you are asking them but somewhere they are ignoring also despite of they know we are looking for them and have need something, which detracted from the overall experience. Improving the level of hospitality, ensuring that guests feel valued and attended to would greatly enhance the stay, they should have eye on every-table thats is the best, and make the hospital more valuable

I stayed at the property with my wife and kid(1 year. The property location is nice next to toll gate and bang on nh8. But there is no open space for kids to play. Also no indoor or outdoor games are available in the Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar. Activities included in the Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar are swimming pool 4 feel one unified, no separate poll for kids(adults need to accompany children) and gym, spa, steam area. I booked a room for one night which included breakfast. Overall experience is good in property. The baby food was complimentary. Breakfast can be improved significantly as choice of breads, butter and other freshly prepared food items can be increased. Also need to have more live counters in breakfast considering this is a 5 star property.

Whenever whatever I stay in gurugram,I always prefer to stay in Radisson Udyog Vihar.but this time behaviour of lady staff at reception was unexpected.so rude behaviour with the guest😳 They don’t provide happy hour service as they promise at booking time.Hotel staff react like,a staff of road side Dhaba. I request to the Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar management that not to appoint such staff that already being so frustrated.Think if u r guest of raddision & u approach the checkin counter but all staff of busy somewhere else & ur waiting their response even there is no single guest apart from u.Terrible Terrible …

This was just a one day leisure trip with my family. Because we booked this room one day before of my trip, so we were worried about hospitality and arrangements. But the room ( swimming pool facing) upgraded foc by the reception manager, which gave an awesome experience to my kids. They provided kids' meal as per our instructions. The room dining services may be a little better or faster. The food was very ambrosia and finger licking. The guy at the swimming pool area was very helpful as we didn't have a costume, but they provided it to my kid and me. Overall, this one day trip is memorable to us.

Consistently excellent i’ve been here multiple times, and it never disappoints. The quality of the food is consistently excellent, with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. The rooms are clean, the service is good, the pool is maintained well but as it is an old Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar the entry cards keeps on deactivating which is a bit frustrating and the food is pretty good but a bit repetitive. Overall a good experience but can be improved a bit as well. Give me discount

The stay was decent. Check in process was very slow even at midnight. The services are good. The rooms are nicely maintained and the aur conditioning is good. The location of the property is right by the border of delhi and gurgaon and is the best thing about it.

The stay was comfortable and good. Food is decent. The Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar however could not accommodate any special requests or upgrade.

I love the food quality but options are less in buffet. Room is proper cleaned and maintained. Room service is very good.

I stayed here from 08-apr to 10apr-2024. Everything from checkin to checkout was smooth. Food was very tasty and lot of variety was there. Brew bar is also having excellent ambience and service. In short, i had wonderful stay and would like to come again.

It was an amazing experience with radisson, the staff was very polite and helpful, service was very good, have all amenities required for a good stay, have a very good space for gym and swimming pool.

Stay was very comfortable and food was great too. They even upgraded me from superior to deluxe which was great land j also did late check out. So, overall i love the stay, hi hu my recommended

Overall, i had a great experience in radisson. Room was clean and very comfy, cozy stay. Staff and services both are very good.
