Amenities were average . Location is out of city but close to Bareilly airport. Services and food is average not as per the standard of 5 star properties. Not worth for a payment of INR 6500. Ideally Room rent shouldn’t be more that INR 4500 for which Radisson Bareilly is charging 6500.

The room was comfortable but I found mosquitoes biting in room. Pest control is must. As for food, good preparation but large serving and one person cannot consume so much food which goes waste. BF was very good. WiFi was slow.AC was good. Drinking bottles were too small, 2 nos. Of 250 ml. They should provide large 750 ml water bottles. Service was very good and cooperative staff. No travel desk and I did not find hotel cabs, may be because of low occupancy .

Unacceptable staff training, dirty bathroom fittings, no water in shower, dirty upholstery and bed covers especially. The staff at front desk and mostly mgmt is badly trained freshers, no senior mgmt or if present never visible or taking care of anything. Property just left to rot and fooling guests into booking a Radisson, but it’s worse than . Only exception is food, it is good.
