Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center

I recently had the opportunity to stay at radisson Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center in gurugram, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center's location near sohna road and subhash chowk was convenient for my needs, as it provided easy access to nearby offices. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. However, i couldn't help but notice that the space provided for the laptop table was a bit cramped. It would have been ideal to have a bit more room to work comfortably. While the bathrooms were clean, i was disappointed to find that there were no hand towels during my two-day stay. Most Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Centers typically provide hand towels by default, so i had expected them to be available. This was a minor inconvenience, and i believe it would be beneficial for the Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center to ensure the consistent provision of hand towels for all guests. The breakfast at the Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center was satisfactory, but i found the continental cuisine options to be somewhat limited. It would be wonderful if the Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center could expand their breakfast menu to cater to a wider range of tastes and preferences. On the positive side, i must commend the Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center for their tasty and well-prepared food, and the availability of fresh beer was a delightful addition to the dining experience. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the courteousness of the staff members. Their helpful and friendly nature added to the overall positive experience.

One standout aspect was the Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center's attention to safety and hygiene, which was especially important during these times. They had strict COVID-19 protocols in place, making me feel secure throughout my stay. Furthermore, the location on Sohna Road was convenient, with easy access to both business and leisure destinations in Gurugram. Overstaffed moving without any action. As it is said "busy without work". Had to go to my training day without breakfast as a diabetic patient. It is unfortunate no one even bothered to sort this out even after it got reported except lip service. Not expected from raddison. After my compliant on day one suddenly every started asking about the food quality and were not waiting to hear the fact. Couple of comments by others were 1. Less /poor choice of the breakfast spread 2. Size of uttapam and quality 3. More bothered about the foreigners than indian guests may be more service quality needs to be give to the f&b team. Will be staying again. Let me see if mm t & raddison team can do a better job next time soch

The location of the Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center is okok, but the night view from the Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center is fabulous. We preferred staying on the 5th floor for the same. I am impressed with the hospitality of the staff and the neatness. The entrance of the Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center is mesmerizing. It was very easy for is to reach here and the way was straight with little traffic. We enjoyed the live music at the bar yesterday night.

All staff members are very polite and respecting, help every time and at every call, especially mr vinay (gym trainer in the Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center. Food quality, taste and quantity was also above the expectations. Cleanness and well maintained temperature inside everywhere in building. Overall it was a full five star experience

We were really pleased with our stay at the ariston as it is a very nice Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in romeo as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were good. They were silent and free of any noises. The room service was great. The staff was also well trained and good. I faced no problems. I will choose radisson again if i ever come back.

Rooms where good and courteous staff, nice and cozy place to stay and just on the main road, but the metro is not close by.

Had an excellent stay, service on point staff on point, everything was great. Only food could have been better, maybe a new chef would do the trick.

We had stayed at the property for an exam and this was our second time stay. The cleanliness, the room, the space and the hospitality on a whole was truly praiseworthy. Highly recommended!
