Poor Experience

My experience was not good this time, though I have to this property for atleast 5 times in after Corona. Room was OK OK Hot water kettle was not working in room and no one came to replace after complaining for two times. Shower was not working properly and there was no force in water and could not have a good shower even after paying for a Five Star Hotel. In Breakfast I ordered for a Cappuccino which was served to me after 25 minutes wherein I had already completed my Breakfast. This time my stay was horrible. The property has gone to dogs.
