Radisson Hotel Kandla

Rooms were very clean but the toilet size is so small because they have bath tub. When we asked give us a bigger toilet without bathtub, they said all their toilets in all their category comes with toilet. They somehow discourage us from booking their villa apartments. We were staying in deluxe category room. We wanted to see their villa rooms but they were giving some kind of excuses to not to show their villa rooms till we checked out. Otherwise food is very good. Their buffet breakfast had a wide range of spread with a good variety of vegetarian spread. They have m cafe which opens at 3 pm till 11 pm. It's pure vegetarian cafe. You get pastas, burgers etc. If u want anything ala carte for lunch or dinner they only have in room service. Their restaurant is meant only for buffet. Overall good Radisson Hotel Kandla, we will definitely stay here when we visit kandla next time. And a good deal from-make my trip

I am happy and sad at the same time. Food quality was good and service was excellent. I was told that will put you in villa due to over occupancy but then got a call that due to marriage of someone we will put you in the building and that is what i wanted but when came to check in they said will put you in villa because main building is full. I had requested twin beds and i was assured but when checked in got villa with one king bed. Villa didn’t have shower gel. Half used shower gel was left between two people. No hand towels in the room. Sensor light kept on switching off every 30 cents or one min. I know i could have called reception to arrange towel and showe gel, soaps etc but didn’t have that much time due to meetings and therefore had to use conditioner as shower gel. Rest everything was good and surely will come back again. Highlight of the stay was my breakfast.

It was very easy to search the locations of the Radisson Hotel Kandla the Radisson Hotel Kandla is very famous in that area and the food was also very good the staff was all supportive, all overall was good but the bad thing is that the parking is very far and one has to walk a lot to reach there the gate near the parking was locked almost all the gates of the Radisson Hotel Kandla were locked all other facilities like cafe, kids play area, gym were closed i got very bored and angry there was no value for money and i had to wait for 1 hour for the room as well my check-in was at 2 o'clock, i was given a room at 3:10

Overall experience is superb. It’s a beautiful property with lush green lawns. Lovely palm trees. Good pool and gym. Lot of space for morning and evening walks. Since it’s close to sea, good breeze in the morning and evening. Staff is good. Chefs will understand what you need and will make it for you. Buffet has limited non veg dishes but i guess it is because demand for non veg is less in gujarat.

Property is near to kandla airport. It is clean and well maintained. Employees are courteous. Food here is tantalizingly delicious which keeps your taste buds satisfied with variety and preparation it offers. Overall, a good property. However, overall great experience was partly ruined by billing hassles i had to face while checking out.

The stay was comfortable, the restaurant service could be a bit more prompt, attentive & courteous. Focus could be given on a more professional behaviour. The dietary requirements of individuals should be respected. Uncomfortable & personal questions regarding minute details of the reason of the trip should be avoided. Thank you.

The Radisson Hotel Kandla is well located within the kandla town, however it is quite peaceful. One gets a very positive vibe out of the ambience and the staff. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They promptly cater to all your needs. Overall a very good Radisson Hotel Kandla to stay and spend the weekend.

Property is located very close to the airport. Nice lowrise infrastructure with ample greenery and vast lawns. The gym and other club facilities are top class. Had breakfast which was a lavish spread. Highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast variety. Lush green property and comfortable room. Staff very courteous too. I will come back to stay again.
