Radisson Hotel Vrindavan

poor experience...no staff for even luggage pick up and no valet service..no one attend phone on reception and super unhygienic and dirty...such a waste of money

Positives: 1. Location 2. Convenient parking 3. Courteous staff 4. Great food. Good spread in breakfast buffet as well as good food in ala carte Negatives: 1. I had 2 rooms. Got the 2nd one 45 mins later than the check-in time. 2. In one room, the door lock wasn't working and in the other, door bell wasn't working. 3. I extended my stay for another day and the same thing happened that day. I got one room almost 1 hr later than the check-in time of 2pm. And when they finally handed it over, hand towels weren't placed, the room floor still wasn't fully clean and there was foul smell for which they later sprayed a freshener. Overall, we had a mixed experience...we expected a better experience for the price we paid.

Its time to review Make My Trip experience rather than hotel experience. I booked room with breakfast and got voucher for stay without breakfast. I hardly noticed it unless hotel staff point it out at the time of breakfast. MMT team was clueless and has no backup whether I booked with or without breakfast. They keep saying if your voucher is saying without breakfast then it must be like that and we can’t change it. It was so shocking and I couldn’t show any proof that I selected with breakfast option. While booking we select options but hardly check whether such options are allocated to us or otherwise. Should we record entire transaction? Hard to say. Easy is to change your travel app.

I stayed there 3N but services are not five star only price is five Star, staff must be skilled and trained and food is same every day no change in dinner and breakfast and option are limited and not delicious , Management should work on staff and give them proper training on also revised on food also

The hotel offered incredible value for the price. The rooms were beautifully appointed, comfortable, and provided excellent sleep quality. The staff was consistently kind and helpful.the breakfast buffet was a delight, with a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious items that catered to all tastes. The idli and dosa we tried were standout dishes, perfectly prepared. The friendly and attentive serving staff made the meal even more enjoyable. We'll be recommending this place to others

Water from bathrooms are completely hard so not acceptable from the hotel chain like Radission. Further frequent power cut. Need improvement for complementary breakfast for early checkout. GST invoice not provided even after confirmation during check in.

Property very strategically located. Well maintained property with courteous and knowledgable staff . Room Amenities and AC cooling along with toiletries up to high standard. Food quality good but slightly expensive equal to Delhi, expected lesser. Overall very good experience during our stay.

Good property being the only 5 star in the city but still some 5star perks were missing situated in centre , food is good, service is also good just the amenities could have bwwn better

My experience with baby food was extremely disappointing. All five-star hotels, and in fact the entire Radisson chain, generally provide several options when it comes to baby meals. However, here they only offered khichdi and milk as baby food. A four-year-old child cannot be expected to eat khichdi or drink milk for every meal in the day. Despite raising this concern with both the restaurant staff and the manager, no effort was made to cater to the request. This is a very basic facility that most reputed hotels provide, and given the high charges, the lack of such an essential service reflects poorly on the hotel. People prefer staying at five-star hotels for the very reason of comfort and availability of such facilities. If these are not provided, what’s the purpose of booking a five-star property in the first place? Radisson Vrindavan really needs to improve in this area.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It’s close to key temples like Prem Mandir and other Vrindavan attractions. This makes it easy to explore religious sites without long travel.

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson. The location is excellent, the food was delightful, and I’ll definitely be booking again.
