Radisson Hotel Vrindavan

Stay was good but there was an issue with the service. The door of my washroom was not getting closed . When I complained about the issue, the maintenance person came and suggested me to pull the door in while closing it. This was not good. Instead of giving the sokution to the problem,I was told to manage it by pulling the door in. Also, the restaurant service was pretty slow ,but the food was tasty, though.

We checked in radisson vrindavan on 11/2/25, location is excellent, stay was very comfortable, food we didn’t have, staff is cooperative & helpful specially mr nehal he was really very helpful in guiding us regarding things in vrindavan

Excellent service. Well managed lobby & service... staff very nice n humble especially Naved & Nihal.... concierge incharge is also good. Mrng breakfast is awesome needs some improvement for nuts & desserts ...

This was my first stay at the Radisson Hotel Vrindavan, Clean Radisson Hotel Vrindavan, friendly staff and nearby to important temples, good food and great service overall.

Good one will surely visit next time and also will recommend my friends just one small suggestion cleaning of the lift and lobby should be done timely

All things were good during the stay. I want to highlight staff members courteous nature. All staff members are good especially nehal & radhe mohan.

Hotel is good but the staff is insufficient, I suggest entrance lobby need to be redecorated specially main entry was not working properly,

location is good...Vegetarian food is only available but is of good taste. Services are prompt & good..

Overall it was ok but bit overpriced as per services and room. There were no almirahs which was a issue.
