Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City

First of all, i booked this property after arrival in hyderabad at some other Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City which denied my check in. Honestly, very easy and quick via makemytrip to book within seconds. I reached the property and check in was too simple and quick. Had a decent stay with good amenities, my kid was treated with love there by all staff members including the people who took out my luggage from my car. Really cool ambience. Even though my last 7 stays at radisson was business purpose, i went there first time with family. The breakfast is really great all kinds of food and cuisine. I had to start drive for hyderabad to nagpur, mr. Joy suggested that the route is having no good restaurants so he suggested to pick n pack some basic breakfast items for my 2 yr kid. And he was right, my 7 hrs drive had no good restaurent so Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City’s packed breakfast helped us to keep our kid happy. Thanks a lot mr. Joy for allowing us to take food with us during breakfast.

Ideally located to reach all areas of the city, this Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City is my regular go to place any i'm in hyderabad. The staff are very pleasant and well trained, food was excellent particularly their buffet at cascade for breakfast and dinner was fabulous with a wide range of dishes, enjoyed the live counters, the staff in the restaurant where very attentive in spite of the huge crowd. House keeping staff was regularly checking to ensure the room is comfortable. Overall a great place to stay for both businesses and leisure travelers.

The place is nice and clean but they seemed severely understaffed during onam. Long wait to check in. Long wait to get food delivered, long wait to get support at reception. They should hire more people or manage people more effectively. The food for onam at the cafe was good. The roof top restaurant was also good but they failed to tell us when their kitchen was closing. Overall though the service was nice. Special shoutout to dhanpati, who gave me good cleaning service.

The property located at the heart of hyderabad makes it easy to see local attractions of cable bridge, inorbit mall and the high raises beautiful of hyderabad. Come to the Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City, the service staff are polite and eager to provide the best service they can. The common areas are maintained clean and sanitised in a routine.

It's a very good experience with radisson. Room was big enough, comfortable and neat. Looked like the fittings are quite only, but served the purpose. Complimentary breakfast fast good and tasty with lots of options. On sun-day it was over crowded and i felt it was out of control little bit. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Stay was quite nice but the air conditioning is not completely good. Washroom blinds doesnt work. Body wash not properly sealed, should have checked it before keeping them for usage. The light switches irritates us so much that we cannot find the placements of the switches. Very hard to find. Bedding was super nice and comfortable.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this property. The hygiene was very good and rooms were very neat and clean. Food was also good and i was able to get jain food without onion and garlic and no chilly. The staff was very decent and well behaved. Overall a great experience and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

It was my first stay in radisson hitech hyderabad, and really overwhelmed with the overall service, room ambience & food. The vide of hitech city from room was awesome. For business people must stay place.

Wonderful stay with a humble and polite staff in centre of hitech city

Good things first - nice rooms, amazing breakfast, good service and cleanliness. What went wrong ? - i didn't expect small mosquitoes in room, rooms are not 100% sound proof and noisy.
