Radisson Jass Shimla

The ambience of this Radisson Jass Shimla is commendable. They had a wide variety in breakfasts ranging from healthy options to tasty north Indian and south Indian cuisine. They offered multiple juices, shakes, smoothies, dry fruits, seeds, poori, dosa, breads, cakes, parathas and what not. My room had a great valley view and was equipped with modern amenities. Few things which i disliked - 1. They did not entertain my request of a complimentary cake. Seems like they don't pay attention to the special request notes we provide in the Radisson Jass Shimla. 2. They gave me welcome drink on arrival only when i asked for it. 3. They pushed me too hard for check out. I requested for 1 pm checkout. They said they can provide till 12:30 only and the again another receptionist called me asking me to checkout asap. Generally 5 star Radisson Jass Shimlas are flexible with late checkout but this Radisson Jass Shimla was not. And i can definitely say that the Radisson Jass Shimla was not full. It had very few guests.

The Radisson Jass Shimla is 15mins away from the mall road lift and when u reach the property is is huge and have 3 wings. Book a valley facing room. It will cost a bit more but worth it. The view is amazing. The property is huge and have amazing pool with a slide. Only if u have courage to swim at low temperatures. It's a well maintained property and service is also top class. No issues at all. Only thing is their meal prices are too high. Like 1200 to 1500 for a fried rice which is small quantity and not that amazing. U end up spending 4 to 5k for just 2 dishes. So better to go to mall road and have food. But other that that. No other issues. I will stay here again if i visit shimla

We were travel-ling as a family after a very long tome and therefore expected everything to be in order and organised, which was duly done by the Radisson Jass Shimla, like them having adjacent rooms for us, which was very thoughtful. The overall stay was quite comfortable and up to our expectations, id love to visit the property again. However, one thing - the rooms given to as at the first place weren’t really up to the mark, like; 1. The plugs werent working; 2. The kettle smelled of maggi. 3. One of the rooms were booked for 3 people, however the amenties given werent as per the same, although we had paid for the same in advance.

It's a good place. Staff was very helpful and supportive. We enjoyed the stay. Gave a rating of 4 still because Radisson Jass Shimla does not have the gym. Also, spa needs some improvements. Does not have attached bathroom. One massage room out of 2 does not have privacy and mood lights. The breakfast buffet was diversified. Rooms were very clean with an excellent view of the valley, sunset and mall road ridge. Location is deep within lower shimla and one has to go through most of crowded roads. Mall road is a 15 minutes walk. So, overall a good place.

The location of the Radisson Jass Shimla is problem and commuting to main shimla is aggravated by the fact that the Radisson Jass Shimla does not provide shuttle service to the lift. They only provide drop and pick facilities to the auckland tunnel from where it is a steep climb to lakkar bazaar. The climb is difficult for people from the plains and impossible for senior citizens. The stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the view from my room was awesome

Had a great stay at radisson jass. The rooms were great. The breakfast buffet and evening high tea offered a variety of options. Special thanks to the pastry chef for making the best mango cake i have ever had. The location of the Radisson Jass Shimla is also very good. It is very convenient to travel to the main market place and surrounding attractions. Looking forward to visiting radisson jass.

Comfortable stay. Smooth check in. They specially asked for the vaccination certificate which gives you a feeling of being in a safe surrounding. Breakfast was too good. Overall ambience of the Radisson Jass Shimla is nice with specially rooms having a valley facing balconies. The only complaint is they dont have a kids area neither they have any indoor activities/sports.

Convenient check in -out facility, warm & hospitable staff, what more can you ask for. Chef joginder & monica at the valley vue cafe, are just superb. The Radisson Jass Shimla provides complimentary shuttle facility to auckland tunnel, the pathway to mall raod and pick you soon after once you are done visiting. I will definitely recommend the property

Hotel employees good behaviour and good service

From the moment i entered the property, the staffs were very supportive and welcomed us with a smile. Room was very clean and neat, i got a balcony and from there the view was awsome. Food quality was good and service was fast. A shuttle to mall road is an added advantage and helps a lot.

Need to have option for pickup and drop to mall road

View from rooms are good and Radisson Jass Shimla provides shuttle services till staircase for mall road, and it’s a walkable distance one can walk as well

The Radisson Jass Shimla give all services which are given by an average 5 star Radisson Jass Shimla. The location is not in proximity to mall road and it feels a little left out

Good Radisson Jass Shimla to stay. good food and only chain Radisson Jass Shimla with reasonable price. love to stay and will come soon again as my daughter liked the Radisson Jass Shimla and love the shimla

The property is well kept. Rooms are modern clean and sanitised. Great buffet

Location, architect, ambiance is amazing. Rooms are very beautifully designed but there are couple of painting which might give a scary thought in night. Food is amazing. Breakfast was delicious.

Location was absolutely good, safe and hygiene. Car service from Radisson Jass Shimla to the ridge was unexpected.
