Radisson Kufri, Shimla

What stood out for me were the valley facing views, excellent hospitality across the board and the great design and decor of the property. Service was great. The property is excellent. Be it the lobby, the room, the common areas, the restaurant - the decor and the design stand out. Views from the room with large windows on 2 sides was amazing (stayed at the corner room with views on 2 sides of the valley. What added to the charm was that it snowed on our final day and the views were magnificent. In terms of decor, what appealed was the nice wood paneling, interesting room heater, furniture set up - the choice of chairs, sofas and upholstery in the room. The pattern on false ceiling and the wall paintings. All exuded luxury. This is a new property and attention has been paid to minor detail in the rooms both in terms of aesthetics and functionality. Bath areas were well equipped and luxurious. The separately set out luggage areas were a nice touch. All in all, these corner rooms are great for a family of 3 or 4. The restaurant with its high ceiling and magnificent glass windows offering views of the valley is captivating. Food and service were great. The entrance lobby and the lobby floor are welcoming with good views of the valley through one side of the property.

Extremely pleasant stay at radisson kufri. Rooms, lobby, dining areas all face the eye pleasing hills. We had booked breakfast and dinner meals with them. Very tasty coupled with best services by the courteous restaurant staff. We had a warm soup on the night of our arrival as a part of ala carte menu and at the 10 degree weather it was the best thing to have. Next day we came back and saw a buffet in dinner but did not find our preferred soup. We curiously asked if they can provide us that very soup and the chef and staff happily agreed. Govind in the dining area was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were very comfortable and got everything to our liking. Thank you govind!

Hotel in kufri located in a very sceneric hill station. Wheather wad quite cold with raining even in summer daily breakfast and dinner was quite delicious with lot of choice to eat according to diet room size bathroom and sitting area was quite satisfactory but tv size is too small should replace to minimum 50inch. Alcoholic beverages has plenty of options to drink with discounts offerd. Would really think over to come and stay here again in this Radisson Kufri, Shimla this year only when free time permits me. I came from maharashtra and really enjoyed my trip alone. Restaurant staffs were quite friendly and efficient to give services

Radisson kufri is one of the must try Radisson Kufri, Shimla with so many activity options rather than just stay. Located just beside kufri fagu road, which will enable the travellers easy to reach even by means of bus. This Radisson Kufri, Shimla has an amazing view of the valleys and mountains. Hotel staffs are very good in behaviour and amenities are in good condition as well. Nature trail and water catchment trekking is a must try activities offered by the Radisson Kufri, Shimla. I enjoyed my stay at radisson kufri and hope you guys will also feel the same.

The place is on hills so you get a 180 degree view of the valley. The Radisson Kufri, Shimla room was warm and cosy with built in heater. One of the thing that i absolutely crave for is a good shower, most Radisson Kufri, Shimlas don’t have a good hot water flow in hilly areas but radisson absolutely blow me away with superb showers. The view from the restaurant is going to blow your mind, don’t miss your breakfast there. The lounge had a bar with amazing hospitality and cozy sofas to relax and maybe even work for a while.

Wonderful staff they would go out of their way to make your trip memorable. Really really loved the stay and the food is amazing. Location is very peaceful around half hour away from the chaos of mall road shimla in the womb of mother nature great for family and honeymooners. Although some amenities like pool and gym were under construction during our stay but the the staff won us over with their hospitality. Looking forward to going back family suite is amazing

The property is located right in the heart of kufri with a beautiful view of the mountain. The staff is really nice and polite. The property has some good indoor games like pool and fussball. However pool table didn't have the complete set of balls. The food however is not up to the mark. Very highly priced and very average. My stomach got affected after eating their breakfast buffet. Ala carte was better.

We were here for around 3-4 days and i must say that we had a great and a pleasant time enjoying at radisson blu and the hospitality and the food and the service was all very good very amazing and the staff was also very friendly we had a great time here the location is also very amazing and over all our stay was great here. The staff was very helpful and was very supportive

Radisson kufri is a good property. It is beautiful situated with well trained and caring staff. Food is excellent. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous and fulfilling. They have a beautiful coffee area. With pool and some board games, it would add even more fun if further gaming options may be added

Good location of property and very friendly and helpful staff but the property lacks a few points that you expect from a radisson group of Radisson Kufri, Shimla; no spa, no swimming pool, no gym and no outdoor restaurant or sitting area.

One of the best the cleanest and safest property to stay with family in kufri, especially the most humble and knowledgeable staff with whine you won’t have to worry about your kids roaming outside the rooms

It was a wonderful experience here at radisson. The staff was very welcoming and cooperative. The food here was delicious. The service of house keeping was excellent and very quick. The receptionist was very kind and polite.

It was a nice stay, they upgraded the room due to heating issue in our room. The attitude of the staffs are really polite and commendable. Would like to stay here again. It was a 5 out of 5 from my perspective. 🙂

Decent stay with some missing facilities. Hotel staff is ok but the Radisson Kufri, Shimla is overpriced for the facilities offered

Good rooms nice views great food but we could hear noises from other room it was because of thin walls but over all they are good at what the are doing nice staff 👍
