Radisson Mumbai Goregaon

I recently stayed at your Radisson Mumbai Goregaon and had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to “reethika” at the reception. She was incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming. From the moment i arrived, “reethika” ensured everything went smoothly, quickly checking me in and providing helpful information about the Radisson Mumbai Goregaon's amenities and local attractions. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly stood out. “reethika” went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, making me feel valued and appreciated. Her exceptional service made my stay even more enjoyable. I believe she is an asset to your team and deserves recognition for her outstanding work. I am obviously comparing with a westin, fairfield, hilt-on etc. (various locations) and radisson goregaon really stood out. Be it the staff being aware of the clients being there, their demeanour with the clients etc. Always greeting, with a smile. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast spread also was great where i couldn't really fault either the dishes, the chutneys or the bakery item. If i was pickey, even though they had a huge spread of jams and compotes, i missed seeing peanut butter. I had to fault you somewhere. Jokes apart, if the team is reading this, please maintain what you are doing and you'll do great!

There was a little delay in check in due to house keeping accident however we were immediately given a supplementary room and free drinks voucher so that we do not have to wait until our rooms get ready, they took personal care of us by sending us a complimentary fruit plater and the most interesting they kept on re-checking everything was ok with the accommodation and we were enjoying our stay, moreover vivid range of breakfast buffet made this experience a cherry on top of the cake, we thank them a lot for making this stay special

I was in Mumbai on Thursday which was hectic day for Mumbai so was not able to reach Radisson Mumbai Goregaon too many traffic jam on roads Only concern was I didn’t receive any confirmation call from Radisson Mumbai Goregaon or they were not checking on their guest visit .I reached Radisson Mumbai Goregaon on Friday, stay and food was worm .Stay in Radisson Mumbai Goregaon was pleasant

We had a great stay last week. The room was very clean and tidy. Ac was perfect. Restaurants super. Had lunch and later breakfast - both were marvelous. The staff is very courteous. "happy to serve you" types. At valet parking, at the front desk, reception and lobby, and housekeeping - those at restaurants were simply great.

The stay was amazing. I will start with the staff whether front desk house keeping or restaurant staff. Room were spacious clean and thanks to house keeping staff always someone was available on the floor if any issue arises. Staff cooperation and restaurant guys good nature made our stay good and comfortable.

It was the most amazing experience. Right from hospitality to the cleanliness to the super luxurious breakfast! it was pure delight. Just a little feedback on the food we ordered for dinner, we found the quantity to be a little less compared to how it was charged. But overall an amazing experience.

Pleasant staff , helpful and accommodating. Clean Radisson Mumbai Goregaon in all areas except unfortunately in my bathroom the jet spray / bumb shower was very dirty which i saw only at the time of check out . Breakfast well spread and quality stuff . Nice interiors of restaurants.

Conveniently located near shopping malls and airport. Food was very good. A big thumbs-up to the in room dining staff and the chef for catering to our needs, esp the chef who would personally take the call and prepare exactly what was ordered.

Everything was 10 on 10, best location, best staff, best hospitality. Beautiful property, and best restaurants. Would ove to stay again.

Rooms are good and property location is also at main road. Food is super and staff is s also very polite

Stay was good but pols improve room service ac maintenance in the first room provided was not working later on request room was changed

I really like the service here ,The housekeeping staff was very nice and the service was quick whether its regarding the extra bed ,or asking for extra plates etc . Had a pleasant experience ..

Stay was good, however the room and bed size was small. Rest it was a comfortable stay. The menu looks a little pricey for a budget stay.

Food was excellent in taste but too much costly. Pool area is good. Spa in the Radisson Mumbai Goregaon is must try. Tv in the room was pathetic. Kettle was not in working. Less space in room.

Clean and spacious rooms. Prime location. Affordable. Good hospitality. You can go for it. The facilities are good.

Ideal for exhibition purpose. 15 minutes from bombay exhibition centre. Not crowded. Restaurant and food spread was nice. Rooms bit old it seems.

The Radisson Mumbai Goregaon is very elegant and staff is also cooperative. Rooms and washrooms are very clean and tidy. Should go for room with breakfast since food is awesome with a lot of variety from fruits, juices, hot snacks to desserts
