Rooms are very dirty and also warm water not supplied in the room, specially the room number 111. They allotted me for that worth 10,000. It's a poor experience with Radisson Baga.

Too poor experience with the reception staff

Staff members sitting at reception act like they own the property. Several requests for changing of dirty blankets - no response. The dirty blankets were changed throughout my 2 days stay. At the time of checking out, I called reception for a luggage carrier, and after waiting for half an hour, I brought my luggage myself.

We stayed in a Premium Room for 4 days. Room Size is ideal for a family; balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast is repetitive. But wide spread as the hotel was sold out being Diwali breakfast was chaotic lot of things were over took time to refill get coffee... Dinner took almost 11/2 hour, my daughter was tired waiting for food. Hotel was neat and tidy. Pool was fine.

We had been eagerly looking forward to our Goa trip, planned more than three months in advance, and chose Radisson Resort Goa Baga because of the reputation and trust associated with the Radisson brand. Unfortunately, our experience at the property was far below expectations. On the day of arrival, despite clearly mentioning the requirement for an early check-in at the time of booking, we were handed the room keys only by 3:00 PM. To add to the disappointment, the rooms were not properly cleaned—the bathrooms were unhygienic, and basic amenities such as towels and a hairdryer were missing. The service throughout our stay was extremely slow, and the overall condition of the hotel building itself did not reflect the standards we associate with Radisson properties. This was, unfortunately, one of our worst hotel experiences. Choosing this property turned out to be a regrettable decision, as the quality and service did not justify the Radisson name. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better hospitality standards for future guests.

Good location, room is clean and tidy , Break fast coverage is good, Swimming pool well maintained. Only concern is parking very limited, over weekend is completely packed and Sunday when we were leaving it took 20 mins to get our car out of the building
