Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay

It was pleasant stay, however I was disappointed with the food at Radisson. Breakfast was ordinary and not up to standard compared to other similar Radisson.

The property is beautiful and very close to the Eden beach. You can access the beach from the property itself and the security keeps note of those coming in and going to the beach which is an added safety. The staff is helpful. However, all requests for room service - in room dining, cleaning etc, go through front desk. At times the calls go unanswered. People don't answer calls at times. The room itself is beautiful but the hygiene needs improvement. Overall, great property, helpful staff (once you get through). Service methods need improvement.

The property is well maintained. Polite and attentive staff. The food is awesome. Especially the great kabab factory. My 3 year old enjoyed himself with all the activities, play area and the children swimming pool.

Excellent service, spacious and clean rooms and high quality breakfast, modern amenities, generally positive with guest and attentive staff comfortable beds modern amenities.

two day family vacation at Raddison bay Pondicherry was memorable one. easy quick check in, found allocated garden facing room was spacious and to my surprise it was smart room with tab operated curtains,light and ac control even house keeping in room dining was through App. excellent friendly support staff, food was tasty and good discounted food bill via swiggy dining option. property is at beautiful.location though beach is not private. excellent place for family vacation

It is a beautiful property, especially the rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. The kebab factory food was was superb.

Property in itself is made well. It’s green ans neat and clean. Lizards in rooms are a big problem and it is not you expect in a property like raddison when you pay a premium. Room service is pathetic and most of the things in breakfast are served cold.

The property shows they have a private beach but it's a public beach not accessible after 6PM. They repeat the buffet menu everyday plus food is also not great. There is no comparison b/w the Mahabalipuram resort and this one in Pondicherry. Though the staff is helpful Th

Very clean and beautifully maintained property . The rooms , landscaping the amenities and every aspect of the property is so worth mentioning. Especially the staff and the service are so great . We have been visiting this property every year for past three years and we really waiting to come back again next year.

it's a premium property. In room engineering behind amenities is top notch. The food is tasty. Breakfast spread is lavish. The property have us vouchers to make our stay even more comfortable. This hotel is located at Eden beach. it's the best beach of pondicherry. This makes it excellent escape from the city. However if one is looking to explore the city, then this location is far and roads are isolated at night.

Stayed for a couple of days. Nothing to complain about. Prompt services and food was also good. Polite and attentive staff.

Everything from start to end was extremely good.All breakfast,lunch and dinner were awesome. Housekeeping services were late.
