Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay

The property is very good to stay with amazing rooms, very good pool, excellent breakfast spread and awesome spa for relaxation. There is ample greenery in the property and a game room to keep kids engaged. The food is costly here and the taste is just fine. Breakfast spread and taste is amazing. We were happy with the initial check in experience with goodies and a much needed hat but it took almost an hour for rooms to be ready which was not good. We had toddlers with us and this was not something that we expected with a 4 star resort and i must say this is the longest wait we have ever had for checkin in any property so far after arriving. Also, they close the beach access gate very soon and if you want to go on the beach for a walk post 6/7pm you need to take your car/bike from external road which is a pain. Also, their swimming pool timings are odd as after evening time on beach you would want to spend sometime in pool late evening but they close it by 7:30pm. Daytime is really hot so time in pool is only after sunset and the timing seems odd. They arrange for evening tea and snacks so that’s good addition before heading to the beach. The ed-en beach next to the property is very clean and you are bound to have a good time there.

I recently stayed at the radisson Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay in pondicherry, and it was an extremely good experience from start to finish. The Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay features huge, spacious rooms that come with a big balcony, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The bathrooms are equally impressive, very big and well-equipped, adding to the comfort of the stay. The housekeeping service was perfect. The staff ensured that the rooms were spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay, contributing greatly to the overall pleasant experience. The food was another highlight. It was delicious and featured multiple items, offering a wide variety to cater to different tastes. Every meal was a delightful culinary experience.

The entire experience was amazing. We were there for our son’s 1st birthday and radisson resort pondicherry bay made sure that all went as per expectations. From welcoming to checking to room to housekeeping to restaurants to food to birthday cake & celebrations with planting tree especially for our one year old was special. All staffs were cordial and very helpful. Made sure that all our requests are kept and addressed. All in all, an excellent break from our daily life.

It's a superb and 5start resort with a 200 mtr walking distance from beach. Also they offer you bay view and back water view rooms. Rooms are comfortable and good enough in size. Breakfast have a large variety. 24 hr in room service is available. Also all the rooms are with home automation as per the standard. Also they offered battery operated car for room transfer.

Came to celebrate anniversary with wife & loved every bit of it. Excellent location & 200m from Eden beach. Staff was so helpful that they arranged room decor & cake for us. Radisson hospitality was so great I cant even describe.

Lovely place & very close to the ed-en beach. The only issue i faced was with the parking which resulted in field rats damaging my car motor wires. Breakfast could be better. Stay was excellent otherwise

A lovely visit! food was very good, a lovely spa, with lots of entertainment options for the family and kids. Beach and backwaters access is an added plus!
