Radisson Udaipur

The Radisson Udaipur is situated within the lake mall complex, which is not very far from the very busy old city areas and the lakes. The rooms offer a city view. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. The service is prompt and the staff are helpful. After check-in, i found my door lock not working. On request, they changed my room immediately. The food in the restaurant is good and the breakfast buffet has good options. The restaurant staff always serves with a smile. The only thing they need to look at is their towels. It seems the towels have been in use for ages. It's time to change the towels :d.

Except travel desk services, everything was in a good shape. The travel desk handling staff are unexperienced, having lack of knowledge and are not the traveller's friendly attitude. They work for the benefit of themselves and not in the interest of travellers. The lack of commitment, overcharging is the other issue which they deny once you have pre-booked your travel plan. It was horrible experience using the travel desk and one should avoid travel desk services at Radisson Udaipur

Within 3 months we are back again at radisson udaipur. The reason is their excellent service in everything including rooms, foods and hospitality. This time we were complimentary upgraded to business class by radisson. Thanks for it. Again at the restaurant, food items are more than enough and excellent service by ms mona, ms sova, ms ankita and mr surendrasingh. Also new learner ms pratibha is very well mannered. At reception, thanks to ms papaya for her prompt response.

We were a group of 6 members for a family vacation in udaipur. We had booked three rooms. The Radisson Udaipur staff was very considerate and welcoming. The rooms were big, clean and all the amenities were provided as and when asked for. Great stay. Would surely look forward to staying at radisson. Only hassle faced was the slow lift service as the second lift was being repaired and there was just one lift available for all the guests.

I traveled with my family and stayed for 3 days. The complimentary breakfast had good options for everyone. The food was very good. Housekeeping was very prompt in their services. We traveled with my 1. 5 yr old and they catered to all our requests. Their swimming pool is small, but when in udaipur, you would hardly like to relax by the pool. Will recommend for both business and leisure.

I visited udaipur on 1st january 2024, find the Radisson Udaipur staff very polite, location is very good, a mall nearby, enjoy late night show which we usually do not go but we went just because movie hall was next to the our Radisson Udaipur. Best part was the food, it was a very delicious meal with a lot of variety both dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend

Udaipur radisson provides a comfortable stay the food is reasonably good and staff in the restaurant section by name s ova and mono were very helpful. But being located in heritage city of udaipur, it could provide its guests with glimpses of it being in a heritage place, by way of decor and offering tours and good information. The decor is very bland

Stay was very good, it is kids friendly Radisson Udaipur provide kids food as complimentary that is a plus. Excellent room service. Rooms are well maintained. Location is good as mall is adjacent to it. Food is good and restaurant staff is also humble. Overall 5 on 5 for me.

We had booked our room through mm t and got a great deal, rooms were cleaned and spacious. It was a pleasant stay, great hospitality and courteous staff, food was delicious too thanks to radisson.
