It was a bad experience of sta.Hot water was not coming in bathroom. Also the room was not as per the photographs. Room was not newly renovated.Room was so tiny and Ac was also not working properly.The lady on the reception was very Rude.

Improve Pest Control & Provide Basic facilities to Guest's

Location is Excellent. Hotel is good, Services are good but rooms are little congested & they need intensified Pest control as we found cockroaches in room & also in the Dining table at Flames Restaurant & also reported the same. Otherwise Everything is fine including Services & Behavior of staff. One more -ve points is that they Don't provide Blanket & Hot water to Bath to the Guest's Driver which they should be.
