Great property, professional staff, good food, a little far from the city but the peace and quiet makes up for it

Rah bagh ..it's the most beautiful place to stay at....from cleanliness to food...to the staff...and ofcourse...the place where it is situated...Is amazing...I would recommend rah bagh to everyone...hats off to mr Nazir Rah and Mrs katherine Rah....God bless

An extremely beautiful property to stay in with an amazing staff. At check in we were greeted by Munir and other staff with warm smile and kind words. The room we stayed in was the Mountain view room which was beautiful. The view was even more spectacular. The food at The restaurant and the amazing staff at the restaurant are worth mentioning for their exceptional, warm and friendly service. The amenities from pool to activity rooms are well maintained. We would love to come back here for a stay whenever possible.

New property; good landscaping; still some renovation work; food is good; property is also good - very calm and quite place where chirping of birds is the only sound and the view of entire Srinagar, Dal Lake and Mountain is mercerising.

Our stay at Rah Bagh By The Orchid was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our room was exceptionally spacious, providing a sense of luxury and relaxation. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking night view of the city—a mesmerizing sight that added a magical touch to our experience. The elegant décor, plush furnishings, and modern amenities made our stay truly indulgent. The food was simply outstanding. From the delicious breakfast spread to the perfectly prepared meals throughout our stay, every dish was crafted with great care and flavor. The quality and variety exceeded our expectations, making dining at the hotel an absolute pleasure. Though the property is situated slightly outside the main town, it offers a unique and peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, making it an experience in itself. The play area and gym were a fantastic addition, and we made the most of these facilities during our three-night stay. Without a doubt, we are definitely returning to Rah Bagh By The Orchid on our next visit. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience we would highly recommend to anyone seeking a luxurious and serene getaway!

We were there for a short 1 night stay. The property is huge and beautiful. Amenities are satisfactory, breakfast is reasonable. The location is a bit far and inaccessible. A bit pricey for the location. We were stuck on the uphill approach in snowy roads. The hotel staff helped with the towing and transfer. Thankful for that.

Best for solitude and seclusion experience . It is in outskirts but with best facility and kid friendly

The room was average. Staff were nice and the reception was also nice. The bed and the amenities in the room could not justify the price.

We travel-led with our infant to this serenely curated boutique propers which is located (thankfully) away from the main city of srinagar. We got the cyprus cottage and had a private garden to ourselves. The food at the wan posh was consistently delicious and special shout-out to the homely thali! the property offers amazing views and is tastefully maintained with all amenities and prompt service.

It doesn’t look as good as it is in the pictures. It is too far from the city. It takes one hour to reach dak lake. Forget to reach city centre.

Location is remote but is well compensated by food, amenities n services. Must spare extra time to enjoy the property

No cleaning was there. Rooms were dirty and stinky with cigarette buds. And jacuzzi water was smelling like drainage water

My stay at rah baug was absolutely pleasant! despite being a bit far, the experience was completely worth it. The services were incredibly efficient, and mr. Hill ensured that we had a very comfortable stay throughout. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality

Location is a little away from hustle bustle which is what i wanted. Service is fantastic. Improvement can be made in the food department

They provided us a cottage different from what we booked. Washroom was stinky. Flies were inside the cottage throughout our stay. Housekeeping never responded our phone calls. Service(housekeeping and restaurant both) is extremely poor. Buffet quality and variety both were below par(extremely dissatisfied. Only restaurant manager mr farooqi was cordial.
