Raheem Residency

My family and i spent 5 nights at rahim residency in the last week of dc 2022. The property is ideally located for anyone looking for easy access to the alleppey beach. The property is on the beach front and one can just walk onto the beach in 5 min. It is a 10 minute ride to the point from one can hire shikaras or houseboats for cruise through the backwaters. The lighthouse, a private museum and local market is within 10-15 min ride. The high point of property is its delicious food and service from staff. The staff have very pleasant demeanor and go out of their to help. The property could use better maintenance and furniture some polishing, as it does look a bit run down. The property is also beset with mosquitos, which can be quit irritating.

I had a great experience at the Raheem Residency. The interior of the rooms are quite intriguing with antique design and comfortable bed and enough space to play around with kids. Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.

The beds are very very high and rickety, makes noise. The lights are very dim and can’t see anything properly. The air conditioner was very noisy and remote not working. The breakfast was very ordinary and the fruits and juice was the same everyday. The doors needs banging to close. Needs proper checking and supervision of the room’s. It’s a nice heritage Raheem Residency but it should be customer friendly and utilities should be more guest friendly. Good maintenance and checking is required. Wifi is also very slow

Raheem exceeded all our expectations. We knew it was going to be a cool property, but the location, the villa, the aesthetics, and the service were super pleasant. A few things to note- the mall u food is better than the chinese food, it’s not a right-on-the-beach property, you have to cross the road, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. But they let you be around the pool till late night, drink right there, and the service is great.

It was really great. Nice location. Nice ambience. Nice host. We will love to come back. Spacious room and washroom. Good in house restaurant

It was a pleasant stay. It is more of a home stay than a Raheem Residency stay. Things do happen but at pace.

Wonderful ambience and experience of staying in a tastefully designed architecture and interior. Good service overall. But there was mosquito issues, if that gets sorted then this is really awesome 💯
