Property to stay is quite good, however there is no elevator, i assigned a room in 2nd floor, it’s very difficult to use stairs for my aged parents. Hence, i strongly recommend to give all the details about the amenities of the property.

Stay was good, worth for the cost

The behaviour of the hotel management is very worst. . No lock to the bath room. They allotted 2 bedroom for 3 adult and 1 children. . Tv not working. Allotted room in the 3td floor but no lift and room boy. While we asking about these, they simply informed 'cancel the room and get repayment amount from make my trip' i request make my trip, pols go through hotel and correct the issues.

I have paid almost 2000 for single room with no space at all. It's just a room with 1 king size bed. Utterly disappointed, even after paying so much money no good services. Locals are telling that the cost of the room is not more that 1200, but i paid 1900 for the same through mmt. Very much disappointed.

The hotel had limited facilities but stay was really good. There's no in house restaurant but all restaurants are just 1-2km away. Swiggy/zomato is available too. There are some nearby shops too for groceries etc. Hot water was available. Bed was comfortable and towels and bathroom were clean. Overall i recommend this place

The rooms were very spacious for 4 members with all the facilities. The location was easy accessible and very neat and clean

No drinking water availability at door step service, every time we need to go to the common corridor to fill the bottles manually from a 20l jar. They said 'free wifi' but shared the wrong password. Even on asking they said there are network problems although wifi connections were there, not a single day out of 3 i got the right password of wifi. It kept on showing 'wrong password' for the entire 3 days. No light at the basin in the bathroom. Bedbugs also were there and 4 single mattresses were joined for making quadruple beds. So the divisions always disturbed while sleeping. The bathroom does not have a dustbin. No staff was there, only the owner (who was himself a senior citizen) helped to reach 1 trolley to the room. Rest all the luggage we carried by ourselves. Overall the rating should be 1. 5 rating out of 5. Not worth it at all.

We booked the hotel last minute. It was a very pleasant stay. It's a centre of the city. Overall good.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful. We fully enjoyed our stay at rainbow comforts.

Good for budget stay, i would recommend for budget travelers, rooms are clean and tidy.

It was nice hotel, well maintained in and around the atmospheric conditions and the treatment of the hotel people is so humble and it is beside the road so very easy to go and come out of the hotel, rainbow comfort i will suggest to my friends who ever visiting to chickmagalur. That's it

We booked Deluxe Quadruple Room for 3 people. It's worth for the money. It's in Chikmagalur main road. Room cleanliness and quality was good.

Property was not pest controlled. There ar3 lots of bugs, insects in the rooms. On complaining this to the owner, his response was not helpful and attitude was rude.

Accommodation is good, you will get the for what you pay and place is near city center so no issues
