A very nice homstay and it's service. The location is very perfect as nearby etaries both veg & non veg, north indian. It is on highway towards mysore and also close to ooty bus tand & nilgiri mountain trai station, botanical garden & major sight seeing. It has own kitchen and serves meal as per choice both veg & non veg. The service boys & owner are very kind & gentle and know english, hind & tamil. I visited ooty and stayed in rainbow and didn't get any problem at my money spent. Geasyer for hot water also in washroom. Cleaned room and beds. The only thing was that soap not provided and seemed little old type of furniture but in good condition. Come and enjoy your ooty trip without any hesitation. Four wheeler parking space and no problem due to located on the main highway. A very good cottage and i stayed with my family without any problem. The location was very good and just beside mysore highway. It is also close to the ooty bus stand and nilgiri mountain railway(01 kms). The etaries are both- pure veg(puja restaurant & non veg (north indian) located just 100 mts away. Tea stalls, medical stores, grocery stores and unisex saloons, doctors are 50-60 steps away. The cleanliness and beds and furniture were also good. The cottage has its own kitchen and serves meals as you demand. The behaviour of the staff is very polite & gentle and also helpful. They know english, hindi & tamil. The only thing that made the stay very pleasant, if they add shop & towel in their services. Don't hesitate to choose for family & friends holiday stay at rainbow cottage.

Rooms were neat, clean and spacious. Hot water facility for bath and room service for food was available. Staff was courteous. Location of the Rainbow Cottage | Rooms & Restaurant is safe for family and couples. Most of the tourist spots are nearby. Conveyance facility is available at Rainbow Cottage | Rooms & Restaurant at reasonable prices at our own cost for sightseeing. Overall experience was good except delayed room service and lack of daily room cleaning service.

At the 800 price rooms were good. Location is also good you can get bus for new bus stand and you can go anywhere but if you like peaceful location then this is not good place try the hosteller which is at the peak. Staffs were also good. Only thing they were lacking is maintenance of the room, though it was clean but painting and restructuring required.

I recently stayed here in ooty, and it was a wonderful experience. The location was serene, providing a peaceful retreat. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were well-maintained. Stay is good. Easy accessibility as it is located beside the main road leading to city centre. Property is undergoing some renovations. Caretakers are always available for service, they are very polite and caring. Main bazar is at walkable distance. For the price this stay is very budget friendly.

The stay in rainbow cottage is good no worries for safety, clean and they provide food for extra charge. But vehicle parking is outside and property located in near main road so think once book and hot water is provided for particular time so plan next day timing for site seeing places

We had a great stay, the property is well located, close to some incredible beaches and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. Jeans was an amazing host who went out his way to help us and make recommendations for activities

The property is located at the prime location of ooty. Can easily commute to botanical garden, market, boat house, city center etc, one thing that can be better is that the home stay can provide basic toiletries like towel, bath soap, paste etc. Done.

Yes, this cottage has spaces car parking and good staff to attend quicker. Food is good.

If you want clean room then you have will to handle your keys at receptionist. Otherwise you will get dirty room when you come back to your room. Please improve your facilities otherwise budget friendly stay.

My stay has been like home. Location is centre city all places like botanical garden, rose garden, ooty lake near by the Rainbow Cottage | Rooms & Restaurant. You can reach easily to your destinations my stay has been comfortable.

It was good and all facilities were comfortable but hot water facility is not good bcz they provide hot water f pr limited minutes. Other facilities were good.

Our stay was good, Rainbow Cottage | Rooms & Restaurant staff was helpful but hot water only morning time 6 to 9. 30 only. Lot a space in room. Over all good stay for couple & family in reasonable rate.
