Raj Palace

I am amazed by the service provided by the Raj Palace team. Not less than a 4-star Raj Palace. Food quality is really nice. I booked a suit room; the room was spacious & clean. They need to work on the breakfast variety, the menu is too short. You hardly have anything if your are north indian. But the test of south indian food is really nice. Book for the map plan, and you get good food in dinner.

I booked one room for my family. I could see extra bed during booking but they didn't provide. Booked for two days. The room was neat and clean. Service was good. Their food is really good, i booked with breakfast and dinner. Overall stay was good. This Raj Palace is safe and i recommend for family stay. They offer reasonable price in the main city. They have good enough parking space.

Pros : neat and tidy rooms complimentary breakfast was great. Courteous staff. Cons : no packaged drinking water, tea & coffee packets, toothbrush, toothpaste provided in the room as compliment for the guest which is provided in any decent Raj Palace. This one claims itself to be a 3 star Raj Palace.

It was good to have booked via make my trip. I got a very good discount compared to on site rate. Good value for money. Walkable distance to the busy pondy bazar and panagal park areas. I strongly recommend this Raj Palace if you intend to come to chennai for marriage related purchases

Stay was very good, room was neat and clean, well maintained. Friendly housekeeping and room service. Front office ppl and parking assistance was good. Waiters at breakfast area should learn professional behaviour, they were fight and gossiping abut other guests

Location of the Raj Palace is very convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Even though provided with electric kettle there did not provide teabags. The tea provided in the Raj Palace costs rs. 80 which i felt expensive. Overall the stay was fine.

We had a very nice stay at raj palace chennai. We booked the accomdation through make my trip which was very easy to use. Nothing else to say i am indeed an happy customer. This i am writing not bec of your money it is just a gratitude. Regards.

The room was good in cleanliness and ambience. Initially i was allotted a room with low a/c throw. Later in the day, i was given a complimentary stay of 2 hours beyond the check out time, for the issue. I thank the Raj Palace and mm t team.

I stayed three days in family sute room it was very comfortable for family along with childrens. Also the break fast very nice, but they need to add some extra dishes overall room was very neat and clean housekeeping carried out every day

An aging property, but excellently maintained with a clear motive to stay in sustained business by impressing customers. Excellent food as well.

We found the rooms clean and tidy. The linen was also fresh. The Raj Palace staff were polite and professional in their behaviour. We found the restaurant food clean and tasty. In all, we had a short but pleasant stay.
