Raj Palace Resort, Ranthambhore

The resort is very close to the sawai madhopur railway station and on the main road to ranthambore np. Unlike most resorts that are located in the wilderness the advantage of this property is that everything is accessible. Hospitals, market, shops, tour & travel agents, forest offices etc. Food served is absolutely of high standard. Both veg & non veg. Depending on density of guests buffet i served otherwise it’s a-la-carte. Restaurant manager and staff are very polite and give special attention to needs of kids and elderly. The resort is a large property consisting of several wings that house rooms scattered in a sprawling area with a large pool, several nesting trees, swings etc for adults and kids and lush green lawns. You will never be challenged for safety standard here. Even their lobby is large and seatings placed with distancing.

Checked in at 29th Dec 2019. Have paid for 2night. Room allotted to me was S1. Pathetic room, old and torn rug kept on floor. Bathroom door lock was broken and water was leaking from tap and washbasin. Even the spray around commode was leaking. Asked for the room change was denied. Asked for extra blanket. They were running shorts of blanket too. Complained to MMT and room was changed. Forgot power bank in Raj Palace Resort, Ranthambhore when I checked out on 31st. Called them so many times but I got no response. Neither I got a call back. Look for a brand in ranthambore. This was my worst experience in terms of Raj Palace Resort, Ranthambhore stay.

Staff is very good and co operative, food are testy and delicious, check out done delay so they are permit me to late check out, reception person are very polite and soft spoken recommended to stay at raj palace resort. It was a prompt plan, I visited with my parents and chose Raj Palace. Conveniently located on the main road. The decor is beautiful with full of greenery. Only advise would be working on the lighting of the rooms and looking into the less space that remains after putting in an extra bed. Rest perfect.
Liked our one night stay, rooms are less spacious with extra bed. Lighting needs to be improved. Else, perfect.

Location, behaviour, On call Auto facilities, though please confirm the rates first. Rooms carpets are not at all clean, toilet towels are not quality clean, double beds are not there in every room and they have attached two single bed to cover it as double bed which is not at all comfortable for families I am sure, We stayed for 2 days but not able to use. Swimming pool once as it was in very poor condition.

We had a beautiful and pleasant stay at Raj Palace Resort, Ranthambhore. Special mention for Mr. Krishna (Montu), as he was very helpful and made sure that we had a wonderful stay at Raj Palace Resort, Ranthambhore. Good, spacious rooms, with quick service and an amazing resort! One of the best places to stay in Ranthambhore. Thank you Montu for all the help and generosity!

Not able to supply hot water. And staff fool us for extra bed and intend to charge extra for included kids bed. I had to call customer care for that, and then they provided the extra bed for kids. According to staff saying, Raj Palace Resort, Ranthambhoreier is not interested in attending indian customers, they are only interested in foreign customers. Very bad experience.

We frequently visit the infamous ganesh temple here every year or so. Raj palace resort is the closest to the temple and safaris. Stay with breakfast was really good. The staff made it very comfortable for us, especially sohail at the front desk. He was pleasantly very helpful about tours and other things around the resort. Would be returning again next year! thanks

Resort is amazing, we requested for room change n were shifted to garden facing room, staff was so courteous, manish the manager, montu ji, arbaaz and mukesh are few to name for a happy n memorable stay, food was good

It's a good Raj Palace Resort, Ranthambhore to stay with family. But I would suggest Raj Palace Resort, Ranthambhore to provide heaters in the room as the temperature drop down in winter. And also provide blankets for people going for tiger safari in early morning.

Room linen and bedsheets are in so bad condition. Not washed

The property is very beautiful. Garden facing rooms have a great view. Staff is very helpful and prompt. I had a comfortable stay.

The Raj Palace Resort, Ranthambhore is located 10 mins away from sawai madhopur station which is an excellent accessible location. The staffs are well behaved and polite. Very helpful to answer queries and help. Special mention for the food. It's all freshly cooked and tasty. A must stay whenever you are in sawai madhopur.

Lazy maintenance practices would hamper the nice property attribute and the value of it

Its good Raj Palace Resort, Ranthambhore and staff. Also good foods and whole Raj Palace Resort, Ranthambhore area fully greenfield its creating very good atmosphere there. Very peaceful area and hygiene also. Greenery very much attractive to us.

fantastic experience during our stay for the second time. excellent rooms, a class service, food, well behaved staff and a first class ambience. it was a value for money. would love to get back for the third time and also recommend to family and friends. would like to appreciate the service of mr montu who took care of us to our entire satisfaction
