Raj Raghunandan Guesthouse

The property is newly established, hence all amenities are of excellent quality. However, the location can be challenging to locate. Additionally, food and packaged drinking water are not available. Overall, the service provided is satisfactory.

Our stay at this guesthouse was a complete nightmare. The location was hard to find as it wasn’t even listed on Google. After a long and exhausting journey, we arrived late at night, only to find the place in a terrible state. The rooms were dirty, with stains on the beds, broken bathroom pipes, and hair strands all over. We ordered food, expecting a decent meal, but it was just reheated, stale food from outside. It tasted awful, almost like medicine. On top of that, they kept asking for payment every time instead of settling it at checkout, which was very inconvenient. To make things worse, loud and vulgar Bhojpuri music played throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. Despite as family-friendly, the atmosphere was anything but. The final blow came when they reassigned our room to another group while we were out visiting the temple. With only an hour left before checkout, our entire family was forced to sleep on a single bed. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The service was unprofessional, the hygiene was poor, and the management was careless. I would never recommend this guesthouse to anyone!

Hotel room was not hygienic, staff attitude was not good, food facilities not available, bathroom was not clean. Need to improve facilities.

First request please remove this guest house not fit for guest house. 1. Ac in there in room and they will switch off at 11. 00pm they have complete control over ac. 2. No hot water for bathing they off the power for water heater. 3. It's not at all worth 4. Bed is not clean bedsheets are not washed 5. Liquidator was empty asked for new one not provided. 6. Care taker always sleepy or he will be in bed infront of reception. 7. Locating this place itself is difficult. 8. Ladies it's difficult it's not safe place for them door is not good. 9. Family not recommended and this hotel spoils reputation. 10. Even movement of vehicle in that place is difficult. 11. They are using word 680m from ram temple. If u stay anywhere u need pass to enter ram mandir. Hence its waste of taking near temple. 12. That caretaker is writing review in the name of others. 13. No tv as shown in the photo. Amenities are fake reception counter itself is someother photo. 14. Entrece photo is of the building. It's not worth

I reached there and they refused to give rooms as i already paid for those rooms. I was in problem and after long time i got rooms at some other place. Now i m waiting to get my refund. Otherwise it’s a great loss gore me. I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel. I m not getting responses from the make my trip too.

Property is in very very bad condition. Decent people cannot stay in this property. Washroom is very dirty. Property is not at all clean. There is no light in passage. Steps are very steep. We did not have water to brush our tooth. On the whole this property is not fit to stay for a decent people. Please do not recommend for any more people and make them suffer. They do not provide food. Location is worst!

It is close by the temple. Attached toilet not available lift not available, steps are too high took some time to locate the property. Unorganised working.

The rooms were clean. Ac worked properly. Hotel located near shri ram janambhumi tirth keshtra. Staff were helping nature. You can see the shikhar of ram mandir by the roof of the hotel. Overall a good experience with this hotel.

Unable to reach hotel because of huge crowd of political rally. Money should be refunded.

Raj raghunath guest house has excellent service and coordinate for organising temple visit, organizing riksha etc.

We were really pleased with our stay at the ariston as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in romeo as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Clean AC room with double bed and attached bathroom and location (difficult to reach by auto due to traffic restrictions but right next to temple 🛕). Geyser although new was not working due to some water pressure issue, door handle was broken from inside with latch as the only option and room service was really slow and forgetful. The owner is new and not trained in the hospitality industry. Wish him all the best as he gets the hang of the work. Overall, it gave a good as the experience has to take the local conditions in consideration.
