The room was very dirty Property is very old Cleanliness is very poor Bad experience Ever

Experience was quite average. Not worth the money. Location was good though but amenities and service was not good.

Thanks to MakeMyTrip for advertising this property. We didn't have food in this property as we had other plans. The location is close to the cliff beach and the beach is easily accessible. To get transportation to the railway station early in the morning, the owner of the property was very helpful. The room was good, neat bedroom with neat towels for bath along with soap and shampoo provided. We didn't use the swimming pool because of the fear of brain eating amoeba which is spreading through Kerala during this time. Overall, very good experience. I recommend this resort

The rooms at this hotel are basic. Be aware that there is no on-site restaurant, and nearby dining options are also limited. Access to the hotel is via a narrow road ( Vehicle accessible ) Do not expect 'Resort' kind of facilities. The pool was under maintenance during my stay, though the staff offered to arrange access to a pool at a nearby hotel if needed. The key highlight is the location: it's a walkable distance (about 1 KM) to the cliff beach. Consider this hotel if your primary plan is simply for accommodation and you plan on eating out or traveling elsewhere. It serves its purpose as a simple place to stay.

stay was pleasant and staff arevvery supportive. initially booked standard AC...they have upgraded to AC. Food was good in Ahil residency.

Overrated price swimming pool is not clean not suggested for family with kids also it’s in north cliff traffic area small road

Stay was good. 1KM from cliff. Good staffs. Clean rooms. But I expected a big bathroom for the price

location is 10 mins walk to varkala cliff and the road is dark in night, better to walk with map. standard room is ok with good Air condition and receptionist and staffs are ok. sometimes you wont see any staff for water/ to order food. food is costly from the restaurant. toilet is small size. pool is good with 7 to 7 pm overall good stay if your expectations are less

The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was enjoyable. However, there was no hot water available for bathing, and the Wi-Fi was not working during my stay.

Had a wonderful stay in the pool view room. The room was clean and tidy, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The swimming pool attendant was attentive and did a great job. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.

We recently stayed at Raja Park Beach Resort and overall had a pleasant and peaceful experience. Location: The location is excellent—just a short walk to the North Cliff, which makes it very convenient for exploring the main sights and beach areas. I’d rate the location 4.5/5. Room & Amenities: The room we stayed in was quite small and did not include amenities like a TV. Initially, the ceiling fan in our room wasn’t working properly, but the staff responded quickly and shifted us to another room without hassle. The resort has a clean and well-maintained swimming pool, which is a great advantage. I’d rate the room itself 3.5/5 and room amenities 2/5. Staff & Service: The staff were polite and provided good customer support throughout our stay. Their responsiveness to our complaint was appreciated. Pricing & Check-in Experience: We booked a non-AC room for ₹, which felt a bit expensive considering it was the off-season. The standard check-in time is 2 PM, which seems late—I’d suggest shifting it to 12 PM for better customer convenience. We opted for early check-in and were charged ₹. While we checked out on time, it would be nice if they could be more flexible with early check-in charges in the future. Final Thoughts: The resort offers a basic stay in a great location with helpful staff and a clean pool. If you’re looking for a peaceful place close to the North Cliff, this could be a good option.

Very worst experience & sadly disappointed. No basic facilities available at raj park - TV, Wi-Fi, hot water kettles, very poor aircons, I never recommend to any one

overall a good experience, The staff are friendly approach to us, The only issue with the room is that it does not have a TV (i think ,it is only on providing room for us)

Good ambience, safe environment and friendly staffs. Overall the stay was very comfortable and relaxed.

Hotel was at very good location, very clean and staff was very good and helpful. Only hotel furniture is little old as resort but all other things were good

The property is at a nice location. It is very near to beach. But it is terribly understaffed. They couldn't maintain service with only 1 or 2 people. This property is a part of akhil hotel chain and they should seriously consider increasing their service quality. For example, when we arrived, the flush in bathroom was not working. They brought a plumber to fix for 30 mins. Then for anything, for example water, we have to repeatedly badger them to get it. You'll get tired and frustrated at one point and you stop asking for anything.

The property is very nice. But the service and maintenance is very very bad. They are understaffed. This hotel is part of akhil hotel chains. They should increase the number staffs during peak season time to boost the experience of their guests.

Location is good. Overall good experience. They should provide food also. Otherwise it was a good experience
