Rajatheeram Beach Home Stay

Booking was for rajatheeram, but when we reached there provided another homestay “sea breeze”. Anyway, the stay was good, neat room, walkable distance to beach. Enjoyed.

We were a group of 3 bachelor's who needed a room just to keep our luggage and explore the beach and backwaters. 30 mbps wifi available which is the highest by far ive seen. Based on pervious feedbacks the owner has installed geyser for hot water in the room which was nice. Owner can arrange for backwaters boatride. Owner makes sure to arrange for a rickshaw to travel anywhere.

Nice place to stay, very near to beach, we can walk to beach as many times as we wish, i really enjoyed the time

There no clean and neat in the room and entrance we have just see the property and did stay there we went for another hotel to stay. Never prefer another’s to stay there in this property

All family members are friendly.

Awesome experience with host when we both had travel sickness she took care warmly like own mother responsible and supportive lady . Only 2 min walkable distance from home stay to beach. Even more can get scooter on rent easily. 24/7 hot water availability overall it's like home away from home

It’s a decent stay for a small group. It’s worth the money and it’s 1 minute walk to the beach. So no complaints.

Whatever you need to have in hotel, there is everything.

The location was good but it took some time to reach there. The kind of facilities and services they provided were good. The rooms were comfortable. But they did not provide any complimentary food and charged extra for the drinking water. Overall it was a good Stay.

The location of the property was easily accessible. The surroundings of the property were very peaceful and safe. The owner was very co-operative and well behaved. They need to take care of the room facilities, which they are providing to the guest. Overall the property is highly recommended for others.

Enterence to the rooms are from the owners house, should be independent. Otherwise ok as per the rates.

It was a great family trip. The property was a little bit hard to find but once I reached there it was in the best location. It was a Beach facing property. The rooms were very comfortable and the facilities were good as well. The caretaker was good and very helpful. It was a pleasant Stay at the property. It was a value for money. Must be recommended to others.
