Condition of the room was pathetic. Landline was not present in the room for room service. Foul smell of dead mouse in the room. Overall pathetic experience

Check-in and check out were smooth. The location is good, just opposite to the Darjeeling and Kurseong taxi stand, nearest to Siliguri junction. Food quality is good but very costly. Minimum toiletries provided, and the hot water flow in the bathroom is low if you switch on the Geyser. Very clean and hygienic. We stayed in room 306, which had a clear view of Hillcart Road.

The hotel interior doesn’t look anything similar to the one posted here . There is pungent smell in the room. The washroom is way too small. All furniture is either broken or kn the verge of it. Bed linen was torn n dirty

The location of the hotel is perfect. Parking is just infront of the hotel. Staff behaviour is good. Room is decent for a budget price. However the food is expensive and not at all good. Will recommend to order from outside.

My friend and I were visiting from the United States, and unfortunately, our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. It appears that the hotel staff was overwhelmed and understaffed due to the recent festival in the area, which resulted in many of our service requests being ignored or neglected. It took us an additional hour to check in, despite being told that the room was being cleaned and prepared. When we finally arrived at our room, it was still unclean and did not meet the standards expected for a new guest. The bathroom was especially unkempt, with a broken toilet seat that was both unhygienic and quite . Additionally, the room lights flickered constantly, making it difficult to relax or work. We attempted to request repairs through the front desk; however, the telephone in our room was not working, preventing us from calling for assistance. When we informed the front desk about these issues on the first night, no efforts were made to address or resolve them throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing, and overall, we were not satisfied with our visit.

Good. I booked for 3 adult person. But the room has only two single beds. How is it possible for us. Extra mattress needed for extra payments. Bathroom size very small

Service is very bad. For giving food order have to wait half an hour after that after after 1 hours they served bad food which is not eatable. Same thing happened in breakfast also. They are not bothered about guest and food quality. They are more concerned about only how to exhaust their food

As a business traveller all I want is a comfortable room and quiet stay. After entering the room I see broken pieces of tiles all over the place in the washroom. I had to call them 3times to come and clean as I was waiting to take shower after 10hours of corporate labour. Room services take 1.5hours to deliver. Gave out my clothes for laundry it they ruined my clothes by ironing without washing and it took them 2days for that. Horrible 😒

Hotel was overpriced. Ammenities in the washroom was half broken. Rooms were too short to have one extra mattress.

does not match the pictures. the washrooms seem old .. with everything turned blackish.. things need proper cleaning or replacements. I felt not worth the money.

The staff were friendly and polite. Room was just ok. Not worth for what paid. Stayed in 303 which had Very old AC. Placed in a corner and Noisy too. Had to use fan also to get the cool wind. Toilet was ok. But not provided towels. Had to ask for it. Had diner at their restaurant the noodles they served was too salty that I left half of it as it couldn’t be eaten.

so the hotel was really good and also the location is a prime location. also the food quality was really good and the staff were well behaved and really helpful

This cannot be rated as a 3 star. It needs to be downgraded. Shabby Matress very tiny rooms. Was very disappointed with the experience.

The Hotel Rajdarbar is a good hotel, I stayed with my family and I had a pleasant stay. Food was very tasty.

The wash basin was partially clogged, bathroom's door was not opening smoothly, AC remote was not working.
