Rajdhani Resort Lonavala

The hotel provide very good service. Location is walking distance from station for about 5 mins and 2 mins from bus stand. The hotel also have a small swimming pool. I was provided with Room no. 201 and it is very decent.

the room is not neat and clean. there was a bad smell in the room. even the water in the swimming pool at resort was not clean.

Three star is allotted for the location which is center of Lonavala and one can reach to any tourist spot with this hotel managemnet need to maintain property especially cottages as seen dampness on walls with musty smell

It's was a worst experience at Rajdhani Resort. There were many cockroaches in washroom and room. No network in the room and even no wifi.

very dirty, very old constructed, all broken walls and doors. the price was too high for this property. pictures shown on their website was totally different. it is not a resort, it's an old guest house or a lodge. the washroom was dirty.

There wasn't proper maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness. There were different insects like cockroaches and bees. The rooms smelled horrible.

Hotel Location is next to bus station making it more convenient. Also the property was good.

Rooms needs to be maintained clean and hygienic. House keeping needs improvement. However it is nearby railway station that is advantage.

Though the staff is very good and helping. The condition of rooms is very poor, there is necessity of renovation.

The most third class hotel, is not a hotel, it just chadar badli hotel, and more over rooms and bathroom is not at all same, third class. I saps to stay there for night, but i left off from there. Very bad experience, this hotel is only for truck driver and auto, taxi drivers class. Not for couple or family.

As per the pictures, the room was quite old kind off. Ac was not working properly due to which we faced issue a bit. Room was not as per the amount we paid. No doubt the room was clean and the staff was helping.

They should improve hygiene factor, bed sheet and pillow cover should be properly clean and hygiene. Location is good.

If you want to make your day horrible then you can book your room here. So many cockroaches were there and so dirty rooms.
