When i reached at the stay manager rudely denied for the check in and kept telling mmt is not supported by them. I was with my sister i pleaded a alot as it was unsafe during holi if the booking is not accepted. But he didn't listened and refused rudely. Hotel manager was very ride. Rude*

Good hotel. Food quality good. Room dusting not regular.

Showers are not ok in washroom, toilet flush was not working properly, Ac power point was defective so we stayed in non-ac room even after paying for Ac. So overall there was a bad experience for us, not upto money for worth.

Food was good. But slightly at high cost also there is no nearby restaurant where you can go.
Parking space was too small. You have to wait for one who park vehicle after you to take your car. All other thing was fine.

Hotel is not very clean. Room size is not good. Location wise not bad but resecptionits are not good behavior .

Whatever you ask Hotel staff will say NO. When I asked for extra Blanket they said No, when I asked extra Towel ( as they have give only 1 for 4 members) they said No. Not advisable.

Location is good and service is average but the manager behave is very rude. And your bill is showing check out time 5. 30 PM but manger deny to this and we check out at 10 AM but manger behave is very rude.

I really liked the room at this price point. Clean room.. Perfectly working AC. Everything was exactly they have told me before checking in. Lots of parking space.. Situated on main road so finding any auto to banke bihari temple is very easy.
