Food was ok except the complimentary breakfast. They should have provided better breakfast options irrespective of the empty rooms.

Very poor experience in this property. much more uncomfortable for the same. some of terrible experience I got. 1) Room bathroom lock broken 2)No almirah hanger provided 3) Room condition are old model 4) Contact no of this property always not reachable no other contact no will be provided to customers 5) As per MMT commitment give standard room but property give semi deluxe room which condition very very poor 6) As per MMT commitment to his booking side every day property give news paper but any single day not provided 7)Not a single chair gave in this property in room premises 8) Morning breakfast horrible not sufficient a single person gave just like children brekfast. 9) No any day soap & dental kit provided in this property. I personally give below 1 ratting. much more third class hotel.

Location is excellent ,nice place for weekend trip nice garden ,good parking facility ,nice river view from all the rooms

Bit aged hotel, room size, bed size, interior is satisfactory but pest control treatment is required. Food is excellent by test quality & quantity. Entry exit hospitality is good enough & room service is also good, Locationwise it's very closed to Lucknow NR. Recommend to stay.

It was a very memorable experience. The hotel facilities were excellent and the staff were very helpful. The food was good. The location was also excellent as it is just beside the river, so it was visible from the room only.

Overall stay was good. But demoralised while got to know the actual hotel tariff was much less than what you have charged from us.

A secluded place. Very good to have a little weekend vacay with your loved ones, the staff members are very polite and helpful and the food is also very very good

The room maintenance and cleanliness is not up to the mark. The accommodation seems to be over priced. Food quality is also average.

The semi deluxe room was quite good. The property has two swimming pools that were amazing. And most importantly hotel staff were very helpful and genuine.

Location to many long distance and polution area. Food not bad and also service. For day to night is good for couple but from the station to hotel to very long distance.

Standard rooms are not good. I had to pay extra 1000 and upgrade room. Please dont put this room at display. Service is good. Resorts view is excellent

The worst hotel i have ever gone to, service is very bad, did not maintain hygiene and did not provide warm water as mentioned. Pathetic location.

Rooms are big, absolutely clean. Comfortable for 3 persons. Attached bathroom is big & clean. Overall all satisfied experience

This hotel location is good and staff behavior is also good. But hotel cleanliness is very bad, hotel management should improve the cleanliness of the rooms.

Everything is very good except toilet, which should be cleaned properly on regular basis.

The room condition was too bad. Not well furnished. The location is also not good. Only the food quantity was good and value for money.

Good but 3 parson but extra bad not place

The resort is located at a secluded place on the banks of the river. Has wonderful potential as a resort in terms of infrastructure but ill maintenance and lack of discipline makes it a very ordinary hotel. Can’t call it a resort really. Has 2 swimming pools with two baby pools too. The depth of the adult pool was on the higher side so it’s a caution for non swimmers or half swimmers. The water was pretty dirty. The chlorine content was also very high as a result our eyes turned red after a short stay in the pool. Noticed that same happened with other guests too. Has a lawn with swing and slide for thew children which also lacked good maintenance. We couldn’t use the same though due to rain. Ample parking space at the hotel. Can accommodate 15-18 cars easily. The hotel has a 24 hours security with an iron gate alongside having cctv coverage. The falta police station is just 100 metres away from the hotel. The nearby place is peaceful. It’s an industrial area but not much was happening nearby. The hotel has a garden and walkway inside the garden which is just opposite to the hotel. You can also go and sit near the river bank for a quiet time. The sound of the river and the cargo ships are a soothing view along with the sun going down the horizon. The service is really worth a mention as all the staffs along with the manager of hotel are really welcoming. A lot of crowd gathers here during the weekend so there is a lot of rush for booze and food specially during the evenings. But still the service was fast and the staffs were courteous. The food is good too. Prices are fair. We came with the impression that we ll get good hilsa here, but we were disappointed on that front. The buffet breakfast spread was basic but was fine in taste. A lot of rowdy crowd visits here it seems on weekends. We faced a couple of unwanted scenes due to drunk guys. The hotel people should be more stricter in terms of alcohol use and discipline in pool. They serve alcohol at the pool which makes the situation worse. So it’s good for boys and bachelors looking for wild fun but not very safe for families and kids. I would not recommend this hotel for families. However, it’s ‘couple friendly’ so it gets a lot of business on that policy. The rooms were in shabby condition. Needs immediate renovation. Didn’t find value for money here.

Enjoyed a lot homely environment and behaved staffs. Pool garden play areas are excellent. Some food are yammi some are average. Bengali dishes are good. Overall good
