nice experience supar residance I am going and staying 12 hours good evrything is good

No provision for kettle for making coffee or tea. Leaky faucet, local hard water for drinking. We had to ask for towels. Room ambience is good, well lit room. Service could have been better.

Pradeep and Mathushri were good host.. room was cold and comfortable. The housekeeping boys from Tripura can be more friendly and proactive in cleaning.. hotel being in same building with restaurants attracting rats, one chewed my packaet food in my suitcase andwhen I opened the case it ran away under the bed.. got my room changed...

They gave the room that I booked for somebody and after a long argument they provided accommodation in another hotel at another place. very bad experience. I reached the hotel late at night around 11:00 pm with my family. I did not inform them that I am coming late that is why the room has given to somebody else. If I am eligible to get the reimbursement in difference in hotel rent please do the needful from your side.

Average stay, hospitality, very less maintenance, need to improve the bathroom facilities, Room service. Location is good

It was not as nice as the room was available then also, they asked me to wait for 4 Hours before check in They don't have the elevator repaired. Last day of the stay the electricity was cut off though they have the generator said it was not serviced so it won't work

Absolute trash both ac’s not working receptionists dont pick up call when you go down all they say is sorry ma’am no other room available this is how it is water is off most of the times Hall lights stopped working

Positive: ac, tv, bed, hot water ok negative: no second towel, water bottle, no breakfast included. Check out time to be relaxed. To be made convenient of 24 hrs from the checkin period. Not to be 1200 to 1100 hrs. Or at-least few hours to be added till 1800 hrs.

Rate is Pretty expensive as no facilities are provided. Through MakeMyTrip we can have good discounted price. rooms are okay ..but bathrooms are not maintained cleanly. There is no problem for food as there are many good restaurants like Anand bhawan, Kfc , burger King

Staff behaviour is bad and There was a lady on reception . My stay was for 3 nights 24th to 27th and asked me to leave on 26 telling that your 3 days stay is completed counting 24,25,26 as 3 days and then I had to explain that when we book a stay it is for nights and I showed her my booking then she was like ok.

It was not good. Lift was not working at all. Room was not provided with basic amenities

Hotel location is good. Hotel room is also good. But i stay 4 days. They didn’t given any room service at all also didn’t given complimentary service too. That is disappointing for me.

The room is large and spacious, budget-friendly, and worth the price, but it could be improved. The furniture is old and needs renovation. It's a suitable stay for those visiting s rm university. The room’s ac could be better and requires repair. The staff is friendly, and there's a nice open view from the window. Uber and local auto services are available.

Pros: near srm a2b restaurant in ground floor room size good cons: mosquito inside room cockroach inside room cleaning not done unless you tell wifi was not working only 1 ltr water for 2 or 3 person complimentary no glass in room not even tissue roll in toilet not worth for the money we paid for stay

I have very bad experience, property not maintained properly toilets are pathetic staff not responding properly very bad experience

Room is filled with cockroaches, we did not sleep whole night due to this. We did not switched of the the whole night, so many cockroaches found on the bed also

Room is nee t and clean with clean beding. Room service not available but good restaurant at ground floor.
