RAM NIWAS - A Heritage Property Near Ganges

The location is good. The room was good. Limited options of food. Eateries available nearby. Near to assi ghat. Owner is very sweet. Called to check the status while traveling also. Guided us with the travel-ling options. Caretaker behaviour is ok. Needs to be trained to be customer centric. Stay was perfect. No issue with linens. Clean rooms this is original review and not biased like others. Will stay again if i visit again.

Was a great experience with this stay everything was good and the staff was very polite and rooms where clean very peaceful stay and pleasant. Room service also was good everything was fine. Thank you so much to rink u yadav was a great guy

Location was good but the hotel is very pathetic. Service is not good at all. No soap, no water bottle were available in the room.

The property is not run by any trained professional. One person manta is the caretaker, cook, manager, security guard everything. He has his limitations. In room there was no tv no geyser ac was not working properly. Wooden takhat was smaller than low quality mattresses. Old co-loured bedsheets, green co-loured old towel, stinking blanket were there in a basic cemented floor small room. Wc was dirty i called manta who arranged a sweeper to clean the physical dirt and stains from comode water supply pressure was very low and water supply was in drops. One can not use shower as water supply is very deficient. I won't recommend this property to anyone.

The property is in the heart of the city, very good location and easily accessible.. The host and the caretaker were very cordial and helpful.. The property was well maintained.. It's truely a Heritage building in the heart of the city.. Well recommended.. 5 ⭐Star

Wifi is not working properly, television is not working. Daily cleaning of bed room is not there. Daily towel change and bedsit pillow cover doesn't changed.

Price was expensive, wet facilities available. . . . However, location of the hotel is great

A nice property located near the ghats and bhu as well. The place is clean, well maintained and peaceful. The stay was really comfortable and will surely visit this place again.

Overall stay was average. As the host said that they provide food as well. But they were taking too much time and even serving food of their choice. Even asked for some extra money for the festival which i didn't liked. Food taste was average seriously.

Booked this hotel but it was not worth it. Pros: 1. Good location. 2. The nature of caretaker was good. Cons: 1. There is coaching class going on in adjacent room which will disturb your day. You can't even think to take afternoon nap. Can't even talk properly in your own room. 3. There was no room service available. You have to order from zomato/swiggy. 4. Even you have to order water from outside as it was not available there. 5. No cutlery was provided/available. 6. Bathroom gate was so short even for 5'10. I got hurt mutliple times. 7. The checkout timing was 12pm as mentioned, but we were told to vacant the room by 11am.

This hotel is gud enough to stay for long time with affordable pricing, my experience was so far better than my previous stay in others hotel. The services provide at the hotel was very polite and caring for the customers. Beding system, washroom and other facilities provided by the staff was so good.

In january time a thin blanket was given instead of woolen blanket, on asking for it they said only that too is available. On check in 2 bottles was given that too they charged. No dustbin was there in room, very small room with pillows like very thin home retired like. Overall very bad experience and overpriced

Locks came unhinged and was shifted to another room with kid size washroom.

Good location to stay. Room is of minimum sufficient size. Bathroom was also spacious enough. Some of the fixtures were fit to replace. I had to demand, for getting room cleaned, cable tv connection activated, etc. Overall, was good.

The caretaker was excellent in service and with good behaviour. The food provided by him feels like eating at home.

Pros - 1) the owner was well mannered and very kind 10/10. 2) neat and clean amenities 3) peaceful area. Cons 1) smoking zone at night while i was in corridor 2) the bathroom was not attached and was shared with other rooms also 3) the room i was provided was in the first floor, bad for senior citizens because stairs were narrow and shorts for frequent use.
