Staff behaviour is very poor, disrespectful and unprofessional. Breakfast was poor.

The resort has a calm, beautifully lit ambience with spacious lawns and cozy rooms. Night views around the property are especially stunning. The food was delicious, served in traditional thalis that felt homely and satisfying. Overall, a peaceful and refreshing stay — perfect for a quick break.

We stayed here for 3 days. location is right at heart of Sonajhuri haat. excellent for those who would like to spend most of their time in shopping but after subset there is barely any shop nearby. it would be completely dark outside. food here at ram shyam is very good , specially the lunch veg thali, cost around 200. but a-la-carte menu is quite costly including tea/coffee. service and behaviour of the resort members are very cordial, but i feel a bit lazy in providing service. All in all, its a good place to stay specially if your focus is sonajhuri haat.

One of the best properties in Shantiniketan. Rooms are very neat and clean, and also the staffs are very co-operative. overall the experience is too good. Highly recommend.

Poorly managed room, Lots of mosquito. When asked about Ginger Tea & Omlette during breakfast they said that it will be charged extra. Poor service

we booked super deluxe pool facing rooms. had an awesome stay at ram shyam. the food quality was great and the best thing about ram shyam is the location. sonajhuri haat starts from its gate itself. rooms were clean and spacious. service was good. the pool was big and kids enjoyed a lot.

all are excellent, ambiance, staff behavior & service. I will love to visit again

Resort swiming pool postponed and other problem I'm trying too much time to talk it's embracing every time .

Food was overpriced, amenities were not taken care off before welcoming guest. TV not working, Fan was giving trouble, swimming pool was under maintenance and no prior information was provided.

the property was excellent and well maintained. The food was delicious . Room was neat and lean .

Room cleanness was poor and Room type is also average, food quality good and Stuff are also good

Room is not up to the mark and the room privacy problem, as the room window is an open terrace with another 4-5 room is there. food is good only, service is average not upto the mark

The stay was fine, but the food served in dinner was stale. Though they didn't charge for the item, but it was not expected. Everytime we had to complain of cold tea, cold puri etc

it is an excellent place and the hospitality is very good. the ambience is very nice.

*Disappointing Experience* I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The room was dirty, the tap wasn't working, and the overall quality of the room was subpar. There's no mini fridge inside the room, neither they are providing cold water. Asked for glasses, they provided small paper cups and mentioned that no glasses are available. To make matters worse, the food quality has degraded significantly. 1st day I got a insect in "Saak", on the second day got a hair in "Luchi". This was our 3rd visit as every year we stay here only, but now they have opened their premium section near pool area and all their concentration was there only and in the mud village rooms they gave no importance!!!! otally money waste. This was my last visit, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Great Experience...Village theme Resort...Staffs are polite attitude & helpful...Quality of Food is good & Tasty but Costly...Mobile Network not available properly at this place...Great atmosphere..

Had a great time in the resort, the surrounding is well decorated and rooms are excellent. Staffs are very friendly and polite. The restaurant experience is also good with good tasty food 😋. So my recommendation will be to spend a weekend in this place.
