Ramas Resort

I had to pick up my daughter from Vanasthaki Vidhyapeeth, hence had booked a deluxe premium room & stayed there for a day. I had to spend a very uncomfortable night over there. The u/m were my not so good experience:- 1) The entire room had a severe bad smell of sewerage. Maybe the bathtub outlet was connected to the sewerage line. 2) Despite informing the management about the problem and requesting for a change of room, they sent a staff with room freshner. We had to keep the exhaust open an entire night but the smell was still there. 3) Tea & coffee , sugar pouches were kept in very less quantity in the room. 4) The landline phone never connected to the rxn. 5) The restaurant menu is expensive compared to the menu. I request the owner/Management staff to Kindly look into these aspects seriously. As far as i am concerned i would not recommend anyone to go to this place until and unless you have extreme urgency for accommodation at that place.

Awesome stay all is well with clean rooms and washrooms immediate response by staff and helping nature ambience is good

The service of the property was very bad. no body was there to pick the phone in reception/service for any service. even at the time of checkout there was no staff, only guard were there. Even the manager didn't picked the phone. MMT should not provide such properties, it can ruin the reputation of MMT too.

very dirty rooms and uncooperative staffs.no service given .my rooms TV is not working i say so many times but no reaction by the front office staffs.very rudely answer.

Food preparation and room cleanliness is good. Staff behaviour is also good.

This property is really amazing , it will take u minimum 2 days to explore the property and enjoy it's each n every corner. There r multiple sitting areas , photogenic spots and beautiful scenic nature views and lot more fun. Staff is very humble and full of joy to make sure u know everything about the place while taking u on the property Food is amazing... we stayed for 2 nights , had 3 meals in a day , there was never a disappointment. and also you can Book for Wedding Any Function Event thanks to Rama's Resort

The cottages are sub standard. Worse than the cottage room is the washroom. The washroom has just no space to even shave properly, leave alone bathe. Sheer wastage of money.

Rooms were really small, rusty bed sheet, bathrooms were too small for a bath. No breakfast till 8am, swimming pool was chargeable at 500 rs. Per session.
